I have moved into The Appleton at Spring Flats. It's been very peaceful, very safe, and I am getting very good cooperation from maintenance and the office there. The building itself is fine, it's just that you have a parking issue. The resident manager was very patient and walked me through the application process. She got the forms for me, those I didn't have or needed, so I was very pleased with her. The layout is different than what I'm used to, but I had someone configure it for me and put things to fit. The rooms are smaller; one bedroom is fine, but the other bedroom is much smaller. I had a lot more that had to be put in here or given away. They have activities but they just haven't started yet, this is a brand-new building. They have them listed, but they haven't started them because it just opened on December 1st. For DC, the value is fine.

I toured The Appleton at Spring Flats. I just like the place. It's secure and clean. The staff assisted me with the application and stuff like that. The facility, I thought was nice, and it seemed like a good neighborhood.

I went to The Appleton at Spring Flats. It's a nice-looking community, but it's not the type of atmosphere for me right now. The apartment was too small. I got a couch, a love seat, a regular queen-sized bed, a dresser, my dining room set, and my TVs, and all of that isn't going to fit in there. I need a regular apartment. The place was clean. They were cleaning as I was coming in. It was just the place was too small.

I did a tour of The Appleton at Spring Flats. It was okay, but I have one complaint about the layout, there's no parking. I do have a car. It's in a good location, which I like. They have different designs for different apartments, but we're on the waiting list. The facility is very clean. The person who gave me the tour was okay. We filled out the application first and then she gave us a tour of the area. They did not have a dining area. They have a little area where you can go out and sit on the outside like a balcony kind of a thing, we did like that. They also had a waiting room, which was good.

I went to look at The Appleton at Spring Flats. Everything was outstanding. The people were so nice. There was just nowhere to park. You've got to walk a couple of blocks to park. The surroundings were good. The staff was outstanding.

The Appleton at Spring Flats had no parking. It's only street parking and just a very few spaces for handicap parking. There are three other apartments or condos being built on that one block and there's no parking now on that block. When these other buildings come up, it's going to be difficult to park. The room was so small; I could touch it from wall to wall. It would have been a big nice walk-in closet. It was classified as an apartment, but the bedroom was just tiny. I had no issues with the staff. They did everything I would expect someone to show me a property to do. They kind of went above and beyond because it took me 45 minutes to find a parking space and they came out front to meet me once I found a place to park. They had a fitness room, which I thought was OK. I had no issues with the building itself, just the parking and the room was very small. They had a courtyard and an activity area.

I went to The Appleton at Spring Flats. I visited a two-bedroom. It was nice, but it was just a little small. The facility is a very nice complex. Everybody had their masks on, and they had a hand sanitizer for you to use.

I love The Appleton at Spring Flats. It's a beautiful community. I have nothing but good to say about The Appleton. It's a beautiful place. It has an exercise place, and I was really happy about that because I walk the treadmill every day for two miles. I want to live there so bad, I could taste it. It's beautiful, it really is. I just wish that I had acted sooner. Everybody was excellent. The young lady helped me with my application beautifully because I didn't want to leave without filling my application out. I got there at 11:30, and I wasn't leaving until 10 minutes of 1:00. It's because we sat down together and went over everything. They were beautiful. They have beautiful kitchens. They took in mind exactly what a woman would like, and that was a large kitchen and a large bathroom. It's a beautiful place. The living room and the dining room are all one wide open space. The bedroom was close, but that's OK.

The Appleton at Spring Flats was very attractive. Aesthetically, it was a nice place, well-kept, clean, and new. It's centrally located, so we really liked the location. The rooms themselves were just pretty small, and because of COVID they hadn't been able to implement too much of a community atmosphere, but they were hoping to, once the pandemic lifted a bit. The lady who gave the tour was great. She was really informative, easy to talk to, and gave us a lot of great information about the community. We had a great time talking with her.

The lady from The Appleton at Spring Flats was very, very good. She seemed to address all my concerns, and so she was very helpful. The guy who took me on a tour to the apartments was very nice and friendly, too. I liked the cleanliness of the building, the safety features of the kitchen, and the good closet space. The only problem I have with it was there was no parking, but they told me that they were working on putting a parking lot in the back in the future. Other than that, the place was beautiful.
