Springmill Community is an excellent community. We have a clubhouse, a swimming pool, Shuffleboard games, tennis, and Pickleball. It's very inexpensive to live here. The monthly fee is $150, which includes mowing, taking care of your lawns, and snow removal. We have activities like making dolls and giving them to the hospitals, a card room, a pool room, trips that you can take outside, and people that would come in for entertainment (we just had a quartet of singers recently). It's a very friendly community. We have people from New York, New Jersey, and even from Pennsylvania. On the street where I live, they're all super wonderful people. No one bothers anyone unless you want to be bothered. No one's at your door every morning having coffee. They'll come down on you if your house needs to be power washed or your curtains aren't all white on the outside. They're very strict, which I like, because it keeps the community beautiful. The only drawback is our clubhouse holds only 100 people and in this community, there are like 330 houses or somewhere in there.
