This place is a dump!!! If you care about your family DO NOT send your family here. I put my father into this facility and a week later he has phenomonea and almost lost his life yes he was very big and it's not easy to turn a man his size however if you cannot accommodate him SAFLEY or even at all for that matter do not lie to a hospital and say you can. They ignore them for cleaning ignored when he needed help to use the bathroom let him sit in it for hours oh and THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A BUTTON TO CALL A NURSE! EVERYONE HAS A BELL! THERES Never a nurse on night overnight everyone walks around and does whatever they want when they want the nurses are just in horrible moods snooty rude etc and some of them don't even look clean themselves this place should be ashamed of themselves I can go on for hours!!! And he was there a week it's truly truly truly PATHETIC When he was rushed to the hospital we REFUSED him to go back and even the hospital is filing a report on him. Can't wait for it to be shut down. My family should sue them but we're not because all we care about is my fathers health

I've visited my father-in-law at this facility and I found that it was dirty and it smelled like dirty sick people. I saw that the staff was not friendly and didn't seem to pay attention to their clients at all. My father-in-law is paralyzed and has not showered in a year and that alone is a concern because he keeps getting bed sores and infections that caused him to have one leg amputated.

The Recreation Supervisor take great care and love in planning activities for the residence. The staff is very caring and loving and the Supervisor of the nursing home is one of great faith and concern for her residence. I worked as a volunteer there and was very impressed with the care given the residence. When my son became terminally ill i requested that he be cared for at Rose Garden because i wanted him to have the best care.
