interaction with staff was ok but there not enough staff to attend patients needs . Now they will now will be recieving covid patients, which, is ok , but the staff has been working with not enough personal care protective supplies. dietary, laundry and Janitorial are using a mask that at the end of the shift, they place in a bag for next day. No gowns to go to the floors. They are told.there is not enough supplies. Now they work with fear of contamination their familes when they get out of work , I don't know who to ask for donations. Maybe administration very can get more supplies. Very concerned

nothing good to say so I said they ignore you they do what they want they take too long to do anything far as medical goes you're on your own. Don't go there if you got a broken arm or a broken leg because they don't have the capacity to handle you or hospice or dementiaprograms to assist patients that are in need of care 24 hours. The food sucksthe place is dark and dismal dirty and I've tried everything to get my mother out of there. The regency you're better off. you can always tell if a place like this is good or bad by the number of beds that are empty
