My Mom is very happy at Regal Care. The management and caregiving staff exhibit professionalism, medical knowledge and kindness. I love the layout of Regal Care. The small, circular design allows my Mom to move around comfortably and make friends easily. The small size also promotes close relationships between staff and residents. Mom gets hugs and kind words on a daily basis. Mom is always busy with so many different activities including Bingo, table bowling, Dominoes, ice cream and coffee socials, scrabble, manicures, movie nights, outdoor BBQ's in the summer, and so much more. Mom also loves the food. I am very satisfied with the care my Mom is getting at Regal Care and I highly recommend this facility.

worst place send mom and dad please don't send no love one here to die my mother broke her hip/leg they kept her there for few day then send her to hospital were she had broke hip there always working short

This facility is now called Regal Care of Greenwich. My brother was here recently and was treated very poorly by staff members...basically ignored and treated badly (his own words). Management promises you everything and delivers NOTHING. Beware of this facility. Weekends there is no supervision and is a free for all. Terrible facility. They take desensitizing courses...that says it all. Don't send your loved ones there!!! They know how to maneuver the system and collect Medicaid benefits they have not earned.

My father was here for just under 60 days. He did so well with the therapy department and got him back to his assisted living facility.I would definitely recommend this facility, the staff treated my father like family.

My mother was admitted to this facility and when I walked in on to visit her I was appalled to see the filthy living conditions of the dilapidated facility! We checked her in an checked her right out. Talk about depressing. It looks like people go there to die not to rehab and in such filth I was afraid that my mother would get another infection so I had to remove her from the facility and I couldn't do it fast enough! Don't go there, Run From there!

I was a patient at Fairview of Greenwich in March2014 for rehabilitation. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and administration. I had too many medical problems to list, but I can assure you they were grave issues. The nursing care and positive attention was incredible. The P/T staff went above and beyond and had me walking again in what seemed like no time. I had my dad in a nursing/rehab facility for almost 2 years and this facility (Fairview) outshined that place by far. Thank you to everyone there.....my family was never afraid to leave me, that say's it all........PattyZ

My Mom was in the Fairview Health of Greenwich facility twice for rehabilitation. The Staff was Excellent. They were very kind to my Mom... They helped to to walk again and made her feel comfortable with her disabilities. Very Caring and Loving Staff!

Great staff. They care. Management is constantly working on improving the building. Therapy and nursing care is the best in Fairfield county!!! 2 thumbs up!!

Horrible. That's all I can say. My father was in there for 10 days he came home with a bed sore, horrible care, did not give him a bath for a week, and now in hospital with pneumonia because they were not paying attention. So if you want your loved ones to be worse than when they went in, pick this facility. It is filthy, and disgusting. We got him out as soon as we were able.

I have to say this building and staff are wonderful! It does need a little bit of uodating but the care is fantastic. I had my Mom at a facility near by,the only thing good about that building was,it was pretty. My family and I really enjoy the fact there there is only 75 patients there and my family and I know everyone there. My mom has not liiked this good in 10 years. The staff is committed and all treat the residents like family.

What an amazing facility!! My mom is REALLY hard to please and was totally depressed before we chose this home. and now she's a different person She loves it! The staff at fairview is so attentive to her needs and a pleasure to deal with. I can sleep at night without any guilt knowing she is in such a good home. The health staff there is completely reliable and really cares. They keep her real busy recreationally and thank god for their therapy team there i have no clue how they got her to excersize. I find the facility to be kept real well. I don't know how it was under the old ownership but it's clean and beautiful now. I would reccomend this facility to anyone that cares about their elderly family and wants the best for them. Five stars!!

I am the relative of a resident at this facility. We have moved them out fortunately. I can't say anything is done well at Connecticut Health of Greenwich. This facility has changed ownership and is now known as Fairview of Greenwich. The new owners have made no improvements to the facility since taking over. The building leaks in the rain. The floors are filthy! The food is dreadful! The bathrooms are gross. There is large shower room which is stunningly un sanitary! The aides and nurses (and management) ignore the resident's calls for help. Don't make the mistake of using this Medicaid style facility.
