My father's mom is in The Ridge Pinehurst. It's a new facility, so it's really pretty. The food is just OK, but the facility is beautiful. It's got nice landscaping, and the inside is always clean. They keep my mom's place clean. We have no complaints about the cleanliness of the place, and the residents seem happy. The independent living is more like an apartment for 55 and older. There's a lot of activity going on, and it's nice. I also went and saw the assisted living, and it is maintained well. The staff is really friendly; they're super nice. They have tons of activities. There are always puzzles, bridge, bingo, and a big word game that they play on Tuesday mornings, where they make many words out of this big word. There's also bocce ball and pickleball. There's a nice resistance pool to walk in, really nice exercise equipment, personal trainers, and exercise classes. We've looked at other places that weren't as nice and even more expensive than this. The apartment is small but it has full-size appliances, a nice refrigerator, a big stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.

My wife and I have been here for 3 weeks, and I wish we did a better job of investigating the facility. Our tour was great and sold us on a lot of stuff that has not been exactly forthcoming. The staff is very friendly and polite, but also very slow. Maintenance is nearly non-existent. It's a good thing we are independent and are able to take care of ourselves. For the amount of money, we pay I did expect better service. We are actually going to visit another facility soon to see what else is out there. I would miss the proximity to Pinehurst Country Club as we are members.

Grossly over priced for the service they provide. They even make the residents buy their own trash bags and toilet paper. They don't provide sodium levels for the food. I was subjected to very high air conditioning during 0 to1degree weather and the snot at the front desk hung up on me. I am looking for another $6000 a month facility. You are paying for a fancy building with food that you can count on being full of salt. If that is an issue, don't come here. Most of the staff, besides Julie at the front desk, have been wonderful.

The Ridge Pinehurst was immaculate and new. It had lots more room than I needed but it was very, very expensive. They had everything. They had exercise classes, a garden area, a pool, and a library. It's like living in an upscale hotel. Anything you want, they would supply. They had one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms, and they're spacious. They all have balconies and they were very well done, ultra modern, and clean. For certain people, that would be an ideal place to live, but you'd be somewhat isolated from the other residents because everybody would have their own place.

We like everything about The Ridge Pinehurst. It's expensive but an amazing value for what you get. Everybody was friendly. They cared about helping us and seemed to be enthused about their jobs. The food was amazing. The facility was beautiful, stunning, and well-maintained. They have a swimming pool, a hot tub, a salon, massage therapy, and a beautiful courtyard.

My mom will be moving into The Ridge Pinehurst. It's very clean and has friendly staff. We met up with the activity director, he was really good. They use the Montessori method, which I wanted to go with, and I think my mom would strive better at something like that. The rooms are gorgeous. They're new, clean, and pretty roomy. It's not as much room as I have, but there is a lot more closet space, so that's good. We got shown all the amenities. I like that the garden is open so they can go out when they want and it's not like an alarm goes off, but it's still safe because it's, it's closed in. They can't leave. I liked how they had interactive pictures on the wall, which is part of the Montessori thing. They had a salon, a movie theater, and music planned, which stimulates. They have a craft room, gardening, and painting. So, there's just a lot that my mother will enjoy. The facility was very nice, and it was clean. It looks like it was organized. People were coming in, and they seemed to be happy. I didn't see anyone that was upset.

Rooms and facilities are really nice. The staff is mediocre. Food is terrible. There is hardly any staff to wait on you, and the food itself is not good. Also, very overpriced! The amount the place gives you a month is 450.00. Dinner is usually $25.00 per meal. What about lunch or breakfast?? Sad.

My brother is moving into The Ridge Pinehurst. We chose it because it's an outstanding facility, with outstanding food and comprehensive services. Their sales team was as good as anybody we met, they were outstanding. It's a 21st-century senior living community that integrates care, amenities, and architecture into a positive experience.

I went to look at The Ridge Pinehurst. They have a great indoor swimming pool and lazy river. The rooms were OK. I did not like that they charge for pets, storage, and parking. It was a very nice place. The only thing is that I didn't feel that hominess that you need to feel. They had so many good parts and so many bad parts. They are too expensive.

The Ridge Pinehurst was a nice facility and the tour was very thorough. We're just not ready to downsize to that extent right now. The staff was very pleasant. It's a wonderful new facility. There's nothing negative to say against the facility. It's very up-to-date, very modern, had a nice sitting area, a nice gym, a nice pool, and a nice little courtyard. If and when we think we're ready for it, that would be one that we would consider. It's near shopping and it's near a major thoroughfare, and a golf course. It's a pleasant location. It's quite quiet. It's well located. The apartments were nice, but they were out of their larger apartments. The ones that they had were nice, but for our needs, they were a little small.

Horrible care. My aunt has bed sores and was left sitting in her own excrement.

The Ridge Pinehurst is a beautiful facility. I looked at both assisted and independent living and it's very elite, fancy, and upscale place. The apartments were wonderful. They're even nicer than my house. They had washers and dryers in their apartments instead of down the hall, several restaurants, a swimming pool, exercise in the pool, Jacuzzis, a bar when you walked in the door, and beauty shops. The lady who gave us a tour was excellent. She was wonderful, very nice, and very professional. They had elegant dining facilities and then regular dining facilities. So, it looked wonderful. It's brand new and the prices went along with it.

The Ridge Pinehurst was terrific. I was very happy with it. The person who provided the tour was excellent, very informative, and made sure to show me everything. The apartments were wonderful, really beautiful, and all modern. They have a swimming pool, different dining areas, yards, activities, and a salon. It was like a hotel living. I spoke to a couple of the residents there, so that was nice too.

The Ridge Pinehurst was gorgeous. I was ready to move there, it's that fantastic. I only saw one room and it was nice, and everything's so new. Everybody was very nice and helpful there. It had a beautiful outdoor area and it looked like a very expensive hotel. They have dining areas, saltwater pools, massage therapists on staff, a hair salon, and a bar. Everything is just so nice.

The Ridge Pinehurst was beautiful. It's a brand-new place, and it was very nice. It's exactly what I love, but it was too far. The staff was very nice and very professional. They have a movie theater, games, and art classes. They have a lot of stuff.

We initially moved my mom into Assisted Living but for her safety had to move her to memory care recently. I’m a physical therapist and have never been more impressed with a facility. The physical structure feels like a five star resort . Every detail is well thought out and well maintained. The food is phenomenal...gourmet restaurant quality. Memory Care is very well designed to keep the residents safe while still allowing them a feeling of freedom, security , privacy and community. Mom especially enjoys being able to go out to the court yard or sit by the fireplace. But the most impressive aspect of the Ridge is the people. Everyone is willing to go above and beyond for the residents and also for the family. Jackie and Anita were amazing during our initial move in and just as helpful when we had to move mom to Memory Care. Kendra has been incredibly supportive, getting mom everything she needs medically and communicating with me. The daily care givers treat mom like family...with love, dignity and respect . A recent example of that care was when mom returned to the Ridge being gone for medical reasons....Brianna went out on her break and bought two dozen roses and chocolates to welcome Mom back💕 Allie and Destiny have also been wonderful....making sure mom feels happy and secure. Rest assured, you are looking at a wonderful place to help you at this difficult time

What a beautiful facility. Although my mom decided she wasn't quite ready for assisted living, we toured it a couple different times. The staff was very friendly. The pool and courtyard is very nice. The rooms are spacious and have the balconies are the best! Feels more like a home than a room. COVID has made it very difficult to get a true feel, but from what I could tell they are good at offering activities for everyone. Not sure about the card games which my mom is most interested in but we will definitely check this out again when my mom is ready.

Our family checked out many independent and assisted living facilities in our search for the right place for our aunt! She needed moderate care and is thrilled with this beautiful and smartly planned community. It feels like a luxury vacation Spa rather than many places we visited. The staff is amazing and welcoming. They have gone above and beyond our expectations to provide a wonderful and safe transition. Staff members seem genuine in their joy and interactions with my aunt and our family as we moved her in. Each step was harmonious. We are excited to follow activities on their daily report through LifeLoop. They assisted us in several zoom calls over the holidays. These new and well planned apartments are spacious and perfect for her needs. Lots of light ! The food is outstanding and well planned and prepared ! We found that The Ridge Pinehurst was a better value for the money and higher quality rooms and services than any others we saw. We are again so impressed with each step from our introduction and you’d to the whole move in process. Now we are seeing and hearing about the great activities each day and the care and attention she is getting to help the first two weeks go by quickly! Anita, the move in Specialist assisted and went beyond our expectations to help. Kelly , the director of Marketing and sales has been outstanding and even brought her little dog in on Christmas Day to visit the residents. Dominique and Brittany and many more staff members have been so helpful! Such a great place and great staff
