My dad has been doing fine in Lowry Park for two months. The food is not very good. They are supposed to be managing his meds, but they forgot his morning meds one morning; so far, that’s the only problem we’ve had with medication. His apartment is nice and roomy, clean, and well maintained. It’s difficult to get any maintenance done to his apartment. The heat is either all on or all off, and it is scorchingly hot in the whole building. All of the residents are complaining. People are wearing shorts and tank tops because it’s so hot in the middle of the winter. If you complain to the executive administrator, we’re told the heat is either all on or all off and there’s nothing they could do about it.

Lowry Park was the one where I took my parents for a visit. They were one of the best ones with regards to care for their residents. They have classes for their staff, not just to take on the job, but they continually send their staff for more training. I thought this facility would be very nice for my parents.
