My brother is in New Day Cottages. So far, we're very happy, and he's very happy. They're very helpful. It's very small, which is what we're looking for. It is ideal for us. He participates in games, but other than that I'm not real sure what activities he paticipates in. It only houses 11 people and has seven bedrooms. Amenity wise, it has a family room and game room. I haven't tried any food, but he's very happy with it.

The aides were kind. However, the woman who runs around with a guitar is quite the bully. Staff were always in tears in relation to things she had said to them. One aide, a minority, confided some things to me that were - unspeakable. How can I trust to have my parent somewhere that isn't emotionally safe for the help?

My dad Hugo has been living at New Day Cottage-Pine Creek for several months now. He is 98 years old and over the past years has been in two other assisted living homes. I am very happy here. This is my home. I have lived her for four years and the staff has been wonderful to me. They are very caring, I would never leave.

Have been here for almost 2 years. It is homey and staff is very considerate and caring. The place is small and very comfortable. The staff has been excellent when I had a very hard fall.

My first thought when my husband and I saw New Day Cottages was that we really could live there. It's small which I really like. The place was just very nice. It's clean, open, and bright. I can say that it's very inviting and home-like. The rooms are very spacious. I have been there during meal time, and I think that their meals look good. It's like gourmet food.
