Ralston Creek Neighborhood is a beautiful community with staff who care. They have had their challenges, but I see improvement every day. Yes, they have been recently purchased but it seems to be a positive thing and we see the corporate staff regularly. They do regular meetings with families and residents to keep us informed. The staff who have stayed are amazing and dedicated to the residents. It seems the new staff have been selected very carefully.

I was pleasantly surprised with the tour and the staff of Ralston Creek Neighborhood's assisted living. They gave me plenty of time to look around, made sure they answered any of my questions, and asked if there was anything I wanted to see in addition to the ones I already knew about. I felt like the place was very welcoming and open. I liked the availability of the parking and the location. It's not that far away from where my dad lives. They have a library and craft areas, and they also have activities that people could sign up for. It was a nice facility.

I toured the Ralston Creek Neighborhood. It's a very wealthy, very safe, and nice little neighborhood. The staff was friendly. The structure of the building was great and very clean. It has a friendly atmosphere. The layout is good and has nice-sized rooms. The dining area was very clean.

This place looks wonderful. However, leaving residents in soiled clothing with feces all over the furniture is unacceptable.

I visited Ralston Creek Neighborhood. They have a movie room, a workout gym, and a library. It was nice. We're more interested in that one because the other place is a little bit far for my brother and sister. This would be more central for all of us. It's a fairly new facility, so it was nice inside. The studio rooms were just perfect for what mom would need. It's really clean. I liked the whole lobby area where they can kind of go down and visit with other people. That was comfortable. I liked the fact that mom will be in assisted living, but if things got worse for her, as far as dementia goes, then there's a memory care unit right there. You don't have to move her and try to find a new nursing home if her level gets worse, so I liked that, too. The staff during the tour couldn't answer all of our questions on how much it was going to end up costing. I think when we were there, the director was not in. Sometimes, they don't work Saturdays, so they have other people fill in on Saturdays and give you tours.

Ralston Creek Neighborhood was very nice. I liked it. It was beautiful, but it was just too expensive. It was huge and they had kitchenettes in the apartments. Andrew was excellent. He gave me a brochure that had everything in it from the prices to the menus as well as the activities scheduled for October. They did a nice job promoting the facility in papers. The dining room was beautiful. We walked through it as they were finishing up and it was the best I have seen because people were talking. They had seniors in wheelchairs and one 90-year- old woman was very nice. She said she liked it there. I was very impressed with it.

Ralston Creek Neighborhood was very nice. The people were very nice, and they had a lot of services. It was farther away, but it was in a way homier. It's been around for a couple of years, and they had inside courtyards, which looked very nice. They had a beautiful room, which was gorgeous and well-appointed that if families wanted to come and visit, you could use that room. However, my husband didn't like the facility. I thought it looked kind of nice, but he didn't like it. We're sort of introduced to a staff person (I believe she was a nurse) taking medicines around to people, so that was comforting to see that. We looked into one room, it was a media room for showing movies, and they were playing with the TVs and were having a good time, so you could see activities going on. The facility itself was very nice, and if you didn't care about taking walks in the country, that was a fine place to be. A lot of people would be more comfortable there. On the surface, everything looked clean, nothing was old, and it was being kept up. The furniture was comfortable and nice. The activities were very nice. They had a lot of activities. We met only a couple of the staff and the ones I met were very pleasant, very nice, and seemed concerned.

Ralston Creek Neighborhood was really nice. It looked new and modern. The studio apartment I saw was really nice, it had a little kitchenette, a pretty good-size closet, and a bathroom. They have a music room and a really nice theater with activities. They also have a courtyard and a pretty walkable neighborhood. The place looked so fresh, new, and well-maintained.

My mother was a resident at Ralston Creek Memory Care for 4 1/2 years before she passed away. Overall the care provided to her during that time was excellent. Her rooms was the perfect size. Very clean. A window to the outside part of facility or into the courtyard. Lighting was very good, easy access into room and to bathroom and shower. Access to cable TV if desired. A memory window case was provided on the outside of door in hallway so resident could place their favorite memorable items for display. Staff was always very helpful, checking on resident periodically at night if requested. Staff and caregivers kept room clean and free of clutter. Activities for residents were always provided during the day and sometimes residents were taken for scenic drive in the Ralston Creek bus to nearby areas. The dinning area was close to her room and when my mother was unable to get to the dinning area on her own the caregivers were always there to help her. TV and movies were provided in the activity lobby. Access to the courtyard was available. I would highly recommend the Ralston Creek Memory living area for anyone. Generous, wonderful service.

My mom is staying in Ralston Creek Neighborhood and we've been very happy. They're very attentive and they have lots of activities. The staff is fine. They have gourmet meals, they go on trips and they do their laundry. They have private studios and 2-bedrooms. They have a hairdresser, too.

My mother-in-law moved into Ralston Creek Neighborhood, we're still adjusting, but it's been pretty good. The room is fine and it's brand new. They have bingo, an exercise room, activities for the seniors, and a movie theater. The staff seems good.

Ralston Creek Neighborhood was amazingly nice. They were very helpful; however, it is too big of a place. If my mom had not had dementia, I would have re-thought it because I think she would really enjoy the place. They're just getting started, so I don't think they have enough help yet because they can't staff it until they get enough residents.

Ralston Creek was very nice. My parents' next door neighbors lived there, so we had a really nice visit with them. The rooms were very large, and the dining staff was really good.

The tour at Ralston Creek Neighborhood was nice. They have a wing for memory care, but they also have senior living and assisted living. It is gorgeous, beautiful, and very clean. The rooms were nice and big. I saw an art room and a main meeting room where they have activities. They have a movie room where they show movies and give out popcorn. The staff was very nice too.

My visit with Ralston Creek Neighborhood was good. The rooms were small. They did not offer a lot of activities, but the people were very nice. The food was good. The staff was really good, except that the caregivers were inconsistent.
