My aunt lives in Golden Years Assisted Living-Prospect Facility and it is the most amazing place I have ever seen for senior care. It's super clean. The caregivers care. They cooked for them and they gave my aunt so much care, showering her every day, and giving her love. She was within a couple of weeks up and talking with the community and making friends. They're just amazing. It's a board and care home. They do activities based on what the people can do and they've been having my aunt work on coloring to try to keep her dexterity in her hand. The caregivers are Filipino, so they've been teaching her words every day. This helped keep her mind going. They have a beautiful backyard where they take them outside. My aunt's in a wheelchair, so she can't walk, but there's another resident there that can walk and they hold hands and walk around the patio. They also have movies that they watch, special birthday celebrations, dinners, and things together. They read with them and they interact and sit with them to do it. They don't just always leave them alone on their own accord to do stuff.
