I am a friend or relative of a resident

My mother stayed at The Orchard for almost a month. It’s not a place that I don’t like her to be but unfortunately she had to be there. The people seemed nice and caring. After her surgery, she was confused and they thought she had dementia and she never had dementia and we had some are issues then and they also started her on antibiotics for urinary tract infection. The location was convenient. It was Ok for what it was and they tried to have activities.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My mom is at The Orchard, and her stay was OK. Their facility is nice and clean. The people that work there seemed caring. They are better than average, but there are some things that they need to improve. It seems like that they have a lot of staff for each resident. I like that they would take my mom if she is having a bad day or a bad time to the nurses' desk for her to sit with them.

    I visited this facility

The Orchard seems clean, and it didn’t smell bad. The people were well taken care of, but the nurses were a bit overworked or tired.
