We toured Country View Assisted Living. It's good. It's clean. The employees are courteous. They're taken care of. I like the space that they have, an actual courtyard for them to hang out in the center and around the facility, and a parking spot. It's a plus also. They did a great job at taking us around. The condition of the place itself, like the grounds, they're good. They're safe. Everything's orderly. There's no damage on the floor or anything. I just don't know if this is part of how things are there, but I think I want one more light internally inside the building. So to me, it's kind of gloomy. The absence of light gave a gloomy look.

I toured Country View Assisted Living. The director there was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. She warned us, called us ahead of time, and said that there was a backlog for admittance. So, there was not a great chance that we could get my mother-in-law into the facility, but we decided to come and look anyway. She met us and she showed us all around the entire place and explained everything. We got a chance to see her interact with the residents there. Everything seemed to be satisfactory and in order. The rooms are basic, clean, and acceptable. Most of the rooms were dual occupancy, and in fact, they had a sample demonstration room available so we could see it and what it looked like. I know for a fact, that we walked in on an exercise class. They do have people that come regularly. I know they had movies that were ongoing when we were there. A lot of people were pretty old and pretty frail. So, it's not a very active community there. I know the building's been there quite a long time. Since I've toured, I think they've done some landscaping and they've put some money into the overall facility.

I went to Country View Assisted Living. It seems to be in a nice neighborhood. But it doesn't work for me because I have to share a room and I want a private bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility looked clean and structural to me. I didn't see anything wrong with it.

We visited Country View Assisted Living. We liked it. They were doing some renovations. It looks like they're trying to maintain it, and maybe make it even better. We saw some of the residents enjoying it. They had a movie that was being shown in their little theater that they had. The room that they showed us was very clean. Considering what it's going to be for, it was nice and appropriate. They only have rooms where they have to be shared. We did not like the fact that my mother will have to share a room, but we will be looking and we'll try to see maybe we might be able to get one that she could get her own private one. Claudia gave us the tour. She was a nurse and she was very professional. She gave us a lot of information. She was very, very helpful, because she told us exactly what we needed to do so that we could start the process to get my mom approved. There is a waiting list. I did not see the food that they were serving. The dining area was kind of dark because they had turned off the lights and they were just cleaning the tables and everything.

The person that I met at Country View Assisted Living showed me the activity room, the laundry, and the patio. It looked like an old building, and she told me that they had plans to renovate it. There were some elderly people having a cigarette, and I don't want my aunt to be there because she had a little asthma. It was like "this is not good for her." It's also dark and if you have sundown syndrome and it's dark, then that's the time they get agitated. That's why I turned the place down. They had activities at the time. The staff was nice. It was just the place. They had a big dining room, a big activity room, and a big TV. We walked through the aisle with the rooms, and the staff showed them to me. There's a room that is already ongoing renovation. For me, the amenities are enough for the elderly, but it's just old. They need to upgrade it, especially the lighting. It has a nice layout, but it needs re-painting, and it needs to be brighter.

Our experience with Country View Assisted Living was good. The residents were engaged with the people that work there. It's very clean. They have a movie theater and a pool table. I liked it. The staff was nice. They have a place to eat and they showed us that.

Country View Assisted Living was nice. The staff members were great. I kept in contact with the person I originally talked to, and she was kind of helping me. The living atmosphere was great. I saw the cafeteria and the menu, and everything looked pretty straightforward. The facility was decently small.

Country View Assisted Living was a great location. The facility looked pretty clean and well kept. I met a medical technician, and she went out of her way to show me the facility, but it was very limited. She was very good, professional, and kind. I noticed a courtyard. We walked by an entertainment center, like a movie theater. There were lots of restaurants, salons, and different places nearby.

My mother is in Country View. It was perfect. It's very clean and they had caring caregivers. The staff was very nice. The best thing about it is they all speak Spanish. They're very good. The rooms are small but they're kept very clean. The activities are diversified so they have something for everybody everyday. They do bus trips, trips to the aquarium, they have prayer groups and TV groups, and they sing and read to them. The grounds are very clean and well taken care of, and it's in a very good location so they're able to go outside and go to the market, go to McDonalds, they can do whatever they need to do. They're great, the price is good and they're really good.

The facility has improved very much since I last visited in 2014. The staff is wonderful and friendly and very helpful as well. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only problem I had was just the color I think it can be improved but other than that i give it an A. Great place but my mother needs more care and also remember this is a retirement home not a nursing home which means the staff can only do so much when it comes to care but I did notice that the stuff tries there best to help.
