My mom is in full assisted living at Sunshine Health Place. It has been very good. The staff members are incredibly helpful. They have really helped my mom adapt. They're very supportive of all of her needs and they take very good care of her. The accommodations are very nice. The house is spotlessly clean. Her room is roomy enough for her to feel like she got her own mini apartment and she is doing very well there. It is also very clean. The food is quite good. They try to engage the residents in activities, but most of them are in wheelchairs or bedridden. It is a small five bedroom place and it is for people who need help bathing, dressing, sometimes feeding themselves, and people who need help with mobility issues, so there's not a lot of activities. They do watch movies together and such, but there is not a whole lot of activities because the people are of a higher need level. Nevertheless, the value for the money is good.
