About Maria's Oak Tree Home I in Sonoma, California

Located in a single-story single-family home, behind a wrought iron fence in a quiet residential neighborhood, Maria's Oak Tree Home welcomes seniors from around the legendary California Wine Country in Sonoma. The rich red earth of the Napa Valley is ideal for growing grapes, and several local tour companies offer discounted day trips for seniors to visit over a dozen local wineries for tasting and tours.

Maria's Oak Tree Home is a handsome residential dwelling with generous outdoor areas and a piano in the family room. This is a secure residential care facility that can protect residents with a fence and alarm system, which also helps prevent exit-seeking behavior from seniors with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Hospice care is also available. The facility has a Hoyer lift for assisting residents into and out of bed, the bath and wheelchairs.

Residents at Maria's Oak Tree Home enjoy art classes and live music together in the large common areas of the facility. Three meals a day are offered in the shared dining room, though guests can take meals in their rooms if they wish. Staff at Maria's provide 24/7 supervision and oversight, medication reminders and complimentary transportation for medical office visits in an ADA-accessible facility van.
