We saw Arbol Residences of Santa Rosa. The overall experience was very good. They're just very caring. They're really happy to show us around and tell us everything that they have to offer there. And it was a very nice experience. The staff members were friendly. I thought the rooms were very nice. I saw the menu, and the menu looked really good. They're nice menus and there are quite a few options to pick from. The living atmosphere was comfortable, nice, and clean. They've got arts and crafts. They've got a little exercise room. They've got just different activities every day, and there are usually about five or six different things that are going on every day there.

We toured Arbol Residences of Santa Rosa. What we liked best about it was how clean it was, and it did not smell. The staff that gave us the tour was excellent. They had a restaurant, a dining room, an exercise room, a TV room, and a game room. The room was nice. It used to be a Marriott, so I liked the layout a lot. The upkeep was excellent.

We really liked Arbol Residences of Santa Rosa. I thought it was affordable and really clean, and the food looked good. I liked it a lot. My father has got mild cognitive impairment and they have a program there where they can manage that without having to go into memory care yet. He needs medication assistance and getting to activities. They're using local sourced food and you order your food off the menu. They have like five different activities a day, and they'll have a movie night. The apartment was clean and it had a little refrigerator, a microwave, and a walk-in shower. The staff was friendly to the residents. I watched some interactions with the residents, and they were welcoming to us. They have somebody on the desk from 7:00 to 7:00, seven days a week. It looked very clean to me, and there were no smells. They did a huge remodel there, a nine-million-dollar remodel, so a lot of the things are new. The rooms have been painted and have new appliances.

I liked the Arbol Residences of Santa Rosa. The common area is beautiful. It's been recently remodeled, so it's very welcoming, elegant, and modern. They had like a little deli place that you could bring your guests to and get food. There were seating areas around fireplaces. It's very well-appointed and very nice. The staff was personable and engaging. The dining area was very nice. The tour was good. It was beautiful. The thing I don't like about their facility is that they took it over from a Marriott and their studios are extremely small. The one-bedroom units are beautiful. They have a lot of amenities.

We are leaning towards Arbol Residences of Santa Rosa for my sister-in-law. They have friendly staff. They are very welcoming and pleasant to be with. The place is well-maintained, very clean, and well-taken care of. They have lots of activities. I like that there's a skilled nursing facility on the site, so should something happen to our relative, we just take them down a hall onto another part of the building as opposed to taking them off-site. They have a bistro, a beautiful dining room, a library, and outdoor gardens. They have very competent staff that I've been working with. I like the size of the bedroom, it is extremely large and can accommodate a queen size bed. It could also accommodate my sister-in-law's furniture. It has a big walk-in closet, a very large kitchen area, a microwave, a full size refrigerator, and windows in the bedroom. You could put a large couch in the living room area. There's an entry hall closet. The bedroom has carpet and hardwood floors in the living room area. The price was very amenable to us as well.

I visited Arbol Residences of Santa Rosa. It was a nice place, but a little inconvenient in getting to. It was too far away from the town that my brother lives, and he didn't want to move that far. They were undergoing remodeling, a lot of things were going on there, and you couldn't see everything. From what I could see, I called it very nice. The staff was both nice, a guy named Sean, and a lady named Paris. They were very nice and informative. The dining area was under construction; there was nothing to be seen. They were in the middle of redoing it.

I toured Arbol Residences of Santa Rosa and it was nice, acceptable, and a good place. It was just outside of our budget. They had an outdoor area for activities, and that was what I liked the most. We toured the entire place, but we determined that my mom needed memory care more. The staff was very good and the facilities met the needs that I was looking for, except it being within our budget. It was kept well and it was very clean.

It was very nice, and I liked it a lot. It seemed like continuing care, which is what really I liked about it, more so because the others I saw were not. The staff was very pleasant, professional, and seemed to be very friendly. The residents seemed to really like talking to them. This would have been my first pick, but it was a little farther from my daughter than the other one.

It seemed very welcoming, spacious, and had a very nice dining hall. The people were gracious, friendly, and seemed very happy, and the caregivers seemed attentive.

We had a quick visit when we were looking for a place for my mother-in-law. The environment was very nice. They have all kinds of amenities, but my mother-in-law felt that she would not be able to use them. We looked at the place and felt it was way too much for her. If she was younger and more mobile, it would be a good fit for her, but the staff was all very nice.

I liked it a lot. I liked the layout. It had a very nice homey feel to it. The residents looked very well cared for. I think it was a great place. I also think it was safe and secure.

They were very nice and very accommodating. The rooms and apartments were nice. They had movies, music, classes, and exercises. I think they also go out on tours.

It was very nice. They had low exercise. The staff was very nice. If had a second choice, we probably would have been there.

It is a smaller place, and there weren't as many rooms to pick that might be amendable for my mother's case. They didn't do anything wrong. It just was too small. It still would have a been a good facility. It's a good place, but not quite what we were looking for. They were very courteous and answered all my questions.

Very large and nice. It just had the look and feeling of a "Hampton Hotel" something I was not looking for. Staff was pleasant. Did not see many residents but it was a Sunday afternoon tour and the lady giving the tour did say on weekends many residents go out with their families.

We visited and it was also very nice, but too big while the living spaces were too small. The rooms were very clean and the entire place was actually very clean, but I would be claustrophobic if I had to spend more than a few minutes in one of those small apartments.

My husband broke his neck and the doctor put him on a halo brace. It's not his first time in here. When he got there, they weren't too sure he was going to make it. But he has made it. He's very lucid, and he also watches out really well for himself. The people are very good and they're treating him very well.

I haven't made up my mind yet, but I think it's a wonderful place. They have croissants during the morning, very nice croissants, donuts in different forms, and all kind of stuffs. But I have to have gluten-free items. I just don't want a change now. I have allergies that are just unreal. They'll take you to church, to the doctor. I like the building, the location, being able to look out the window and look across Santa Rosa. I was used to that type of place back in Columbia. I know that I won't be able to find that in California, but it's still the type that I'm used to. They have huge flowers that are donated to them, they cover just about a whole long table. They have piano by the window, place where you can go fix your hair, flat walkways where you can walk, and library. I just really enjoyed it.

I visited while looking for a facility for my father. I found it to be very nice, very big. The dementia and alzheimer wing were in a separate building. I was very dissappointed with that. My father would be in that wing and I would hate to see him separated from everyone else. There were also door alarms for the residents safety. If my father were to set one off or to be near one when it went off , he would be very scared. The staff was very kind and helpful to me and very good with the residents.
