I have moved into Metro East Senior Park. So far, I've had a very uneventful experience, there were very few snags. I was very happy with the amount of deposit that I had to pull up. One issue is parking, there aren't many available on their premises, and there are at least 200 on the waiting list to get inside parking. Otherwise, I gotta walk a quarter mile down the street. Everything else is very good other than the parking situation. The place is clean, everything's nice, and everything works, so it's very pleasurable. I have easy access to elevators since I'm on the second floor, the first floor is for parking. They have a gym, a recreation room, a library, and there's a trash chute. So I can walk down my floor and deposit my trash there without going downstairs. But there's no laundry facility on the premises or capabilities in my room. There's a shuttle bus available to take you somewhere around here. The staff is very good, they remembered my name. They were very personable and attentive to my needs. I had my car broken into, so I asked my parking space to be relocated, and they accommodated me right away and got me a spot. So I feel so much more secure, they were very attentive. The facility is pretty new and there's a recreation room. I could be paying less than I actually am, but the value for money is still good.

I went to look at Metro East Senior Park. I like the price and location. It's just your basic apartment complex. It's pretty new. I think it's like one or two years old. The surroundings are nice.
