My parents moved into Park View Estates in Fountain Valley. It's incredible. It's beautiful. There are two courtyards, so there are lots of outdoor space for them to enjoy. The apartments are nice, and the staff is incredible. It's affordable, and they have a buydown program that was also affordable. Most of the places' buydown program was like $100,000. Park View Estates in Fountain Valley had two levels of buydown, $5000 or $10,000, to lower their rent for the length of time they are there, so that was a great incentive. I sampled the meals, and I had two because I went with my mom and then my sister and my dad wanted to go. The food was good. They're in a studio deluxe, but it's essentially a one-bedroom apartment. They have tons of activities and the very first day they moved in, two of the residents invited them to come. The residents are very greeting, "Hey, there's a social tonight down in the bistro," and so my parents participated. It was kind of like a cocktail hour thing where there was live music. They enjoyed it. They have something going on almost every hour.

I toured Park View Estates Assisted Living & Memory Care. It was very modern-looking and very clean. The rooms were big and very beautiful. Your meals were included. They paid for gas, electricity and cable, transportation, and activities. I didn't have any food there other than she offered us cookies. They have a movie day, and a church service, and they have one day for that.

I toured Park View Estates Assisted Living & Memory Care. It was really clean and bright. They had a lot of amenities like the salon, the nail place, and weekly housekeeping services. They had a physical exam or physical slash mental assessment of each resident to see if there was an increase in need, and that's what I like. The staff was very friendly and happy.
