55+ housing, three buildings, three stories high, indoor and outdoor parking available, storage room available, laundry room on each floor, elevator in each building, balcony with each apartment... Size of balcony depends on each apartment, extremely clean, beautiful landscaping, swimming pool, community room with TV, large 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with oversized kitchens and bathrooms, close to shopping Banks and small businesses restaurants, close to public transportation, And very efficient and caring manager and maintenance team. And by the way, the building is affordable housing for seniors located in a prosperous and quiet community. What more could one ask for???

IT TOOK A WHILE UNTIL I GOT AN APARTMENT IN GRANDON VILLAGE, SAN MARCOS. FOR THREE WEEKS I LIVE IN MY NEW HOME AND IT IS A GRAT PLEASURE TO BE HERE..EVERY EVENING I AM ENJOYING A BEAUTIFUL SUNSET THAT I SEE FROM MY BALCONY. This complex is awesome!!! The manager, Kathryn is THE BEST!!! When I was in sales, I called on apartment managers and property managers all over San Diego County. I never met a more efficient and friendly manager. She is compassionate and caring about the residents -- a rare trait. There are a variety of activities offered with a beautiful pool (water aerobics,) community rooms, piano, billiards table, lending library, offering weekly movies, book club, sing-alongs, clean laundry rooms with new washers and dryers, well-lighted hallways and grounds, underground, secure parking plus the BEST maintenance staff ever!!! I can't imagine a better Senior Complex anywhere ~ I love it here!!!!!!!!! The owners/ investors should be very proud of this facility. Thanks, Kathryne??????

I have lived at Grandon Village for three years. I LOVE it here. I feel so safe and have met a lot of nice people. Kathryne, Matt and Nati keep this residence in great order. I am proud to have anyone visit me. The apartments are spacious and the buildings are well maintained and clean. Kathryne has an open door policy. I would certainly recommend this facility to others. In addition, we have activities that are an extra plus for being here. I hope you consider this apartment for your next home.

I visited Grandon, and I really liked it. It had underground parking so that your car was not on the street. I was interested in the 2-bedroom; there is 1-bathroom, and the kitchenette was very adequate. It was nice. It was very clean and well-kept. The staff was very accommodating and nice.

Delighted to share my great experience moving into Grandon Village Apartments 6 months ago from the application process to moving in. The entire complex is well maintained & manged and provides a very safe environment. The tenants I have met are just plain wonderful and we all feel fortunate to live in such a beautiful and peaceful haven.

I love living here at Grandon for the past 7yrs. We have a wonderful manager Kathryne. She keeps our environment safe and respectful. We have a wonderful maintenance man Matt. He keeps our homes and buildings maintained and working properly. We have Nati she keeps our environment clean and beautiful. Thank you everyone of you for making Grandon Village a Wonderful, Clean, safe and fun place to live.

Grandon Village is an independent living facility. I have my own kitchen, so I do all the cooking. They do have some activities; they put on certain things. They're pretty friendly, and they've made some changes to the positives since I've been here. They've turned it into a non-smoking facility, which is nice, so it has all the safety things that I was looking for. I wouldn't move out of here, unless I needed more help.
