I want others to know that this place only caters to Asian community they do not provide anything else other than Asian Food which is very discriminative in my point of you. The good thing is that they are clean their staff is OK average. Except for seventh directions I’ve asked before and they’ve been overlooked and then Been followed later on down the line. In other words they are very inconsistent with their steps of treating patients.

My grandmother is in Mission De La Casa. I really like it. The staff is very friendly, and whenever I have concerns they address it right away. They are very responsive with my concerns and they make sure that they tackle and take care of it.

Staff seemed slow and not very willing to do their jobs. At times, they even seemed neglectful and quite unattentive of the patients. The place also seemed to be understaffed, with not enough nurses or CNAs for the number of patients that are there. Patients seemed to be depressed and down on themselves. Rooms are very bare with little decoration. There are also no TVs in the room, so if you want your family member to have some entertainment, you'll need to bring in your own. No telephone line in the room either, so it will be difficult to get in contact with a patient there directly. There's an odd smell throughout the place, like it needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The facility itself needs a whole makeover - paint is peeling, the gardens need revamping. The common room has no cheer and seems rather depressing, which is probably why the patients also seem that way.
