My mother is at ACC Care Center. The staff is very friendly, but they're a bit short-staffed, which is common in nursing homes. They're polite, helpful and doing their job. It's very expensive, but overall they're very good to the patients, they work hard and they're caring. My mother gets to order what she would like to have, and the food is good and healthy. They have several different food choices, and they've got meals three times a day. It's expensive, but it's very nice, good sized, and clean. They're a little bit understaffed, but they try to accommodate their residents, and they're pretty good about that. Overall, it's a good facility.

I had a Skype call scheduled for today with the ACC Greenzone at 10 AM and was on Skype prior to the appointment and waited for 30 minutes online. While waiting I've called the Green Zone nonstop and there was absolutely not one live person after pressing any option there is to press. With no further option, I've called the Yellow zone multiple times hanging up after being promised that the Green Zone will call me now. 50 minutes in and absolutely no calls from the Green Zone. I've also been told by my family members who have visited in person that the nurses are rude there. Prior to the Pandemic when I visited in person I've also noticed that the workers there are rude and incompetent. My grandmother was served diabetic drinks when she is not even diabetic, I had to tell them to change it and make note of that. Dear management you need to start managing.

When my grandpa was admitted to the hospital for a fall and Infection, I knew that he was going to need a little more help before returning home independently. After touring, calling, and reading reviews about different skilled nursing facilities, we knew that ACC was our top pick! It was a blessing for my grandpa when we found out he was accepted for rehab. The minute he arrived, he was greeted by their friendly staff. They showed us around the facility and made sure he felt comfortable. The facility is very clean and bright. The front desk is centralized. My grandpa shared a room with one other patient (shared bathroom). Each patient had their own TV. The facility has a pretty garden outside! Everyone greeted my grandpa by name from the beginning. On the second day, we were invited to a comprehensive family meeting. The point of the meeting? To make sure his days spent at ACC were as close to his normal routine at home. He spent 2 weeks at ACC and our family still can’t thank them enough! The Physical Therapists were so patient and kind. We never worried about him being there and we were constantly reassured by staff that he was being well taken care of. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one. Thank you ACC!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! MY MOTHER CAME IN TO THIS PLACE RECOVERING FROM A MEDICAL CONDITION AND SHE GOT A STAGE 3 BED SORE IN 2 WEEKS! I AM NOT EVEN SURE HOW THAT IS POSSIBLE UNLESS THEY JUST LEFT HER LAYING THERE IN THE BED ALL DAY LONG! IN ADDITION,THE STAFF CONTINUOUSLY YELLED AT MY MOTHER FOR VARIOUS THINGS THEY WANTED HER TO DO UNLESS SOMEONE IS VISITING THEN THEY TRY TO BE SUPER NICE! I WAS SITTING IN THE CHAIR BEHIND THE CURTAIN AND OUT OF SIGHT. THE NURSE CAME INTO THE ROOM YELLING AT MY MOTHER, BUT THEN WHEN THEY SAW ME THEY WE SHOCKED AND IMMEDIATELY START BEING SUPER NICE! DO NOT LET ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT GO TO THIS FACILITY! EVER!

ACC was always very clean, and the staff was always very accommodating. My in-laws played bingo and liked the food. I liked that the staff was very attentive and present. They were there to take good care of them and did a good job with that. I would recommend them to anybody.

I highly recommend Asian Community Center, and that was the one that I would have put my mother because they do have Asian food. They had a lot of good food for their patients. The rooms depend on your needs. The staff were Asians, and they were pretty accommodating. The care is very good, and they use a lot of volunteers. They have outings, going to San Francisco, gambling, and arts.
