Villa Magnolia was very clean. My first impression is that there were too many mobile homes in there for me; it was over 200. The grounds were very well kept. All you can see is the front of the mobile home, and they all looked very nice and well kept up. It's just too big and it's too far out. It's is too far out to move into, and the rent is horrendous. It's almost a thousand dollars a month to rent a space. The person who assisted us was the listing agent of the mobile home, because we only went to one there, and she was very nice. Also, the owner of the home was there, and she was very helpful too. It was a nice, nice home, but of course, they have dropped the price since we looked at it, but the square footage of the mobile home is not big enough. We didn't get in to see the dining area or the recreational area. I saw pictures of those on the computer when I went in to look at the mobile home. We didn't actually see that in person like we did the other one. We just went to the mobile home, looked at the mobile home, and left. We didn't talk to anybody at the mobile home per se, except for the owner of the home. They have a pool, a club room, and a dining area. That's all I saw or read about when I was on the computer looking at it. We saw the one mobile home and the surrounding area to get to that mobile home.
