My mother is staying in Estancia Del Sol, and it's very well decorated. It's very well run, and I think they've called me every time she falls, or if they are concerned about anything, which I like. It's a little expensive. The staff is nice, and the medical techs are right on. They call me after she gets off some medicine or something is of concern. The front desk is always friendly, nice, and willing to help with whatever I need. She is in a studio apartment, so she is in one of the smaller apartments there, and she's been very pleased with it. It's enough room for her, so she's been very happy with this room. She has a kitchenette with a sink, a refrigerator, drawers, and granite countertops. The bathroom is big enough that she can get in the shower easily, although they're helping her with it now. She's using a double bed in there, so it fits just fine. She plays bingo, and they take them places once in a while. She doesn't participate in activities too much, but I know I've heard about bingo, and I know they play poker with some friends she's met there. She's busy enough, and she sounds like she's happy with it. They have a workout room and a hair salon, and they have what they call an art room in which they do some activities and art projects. They have a courtyard in the front and in the back. She's been very happy with the food, and I've eaten there before; it's very nice. They have a menu that they could pick two or three items from, which is nice.

Estancia Del Sol was our second choice. It was nice. It had equal amenities, but it was kind of like the Beverly Hills of the three that we saw. They have activities. They have a theater, and they show movies. The staff who gave the tour was considerate. He explained everything really well. It looked really nice. It had a big circular drive in.

Estancia Del Sol is very nice, clean, and well decorated. You feel like you're at a resort. The rooms were clean. I really liked the floor plans. It looked like it would be easy to navigate. I felt like even if my mom and dad were both using their walkers, it would be easy to navigate without too much gridlock. When you walk in the bathroom, even if you have a walker, the path is very clear to get to the sink or to get to the toilet. The person who helped me during the tour was very nice, very friendly, and informative. They have a library with books and a theater area for movies. There's an actual room devoted to that with theater seating, and some extra rooms so people could sit in wheelchairs, too. They have a little place where you could go and get your coffee or snacks. They have goodies like cookies and baked goods that you can get there.

I toured Estancia Del Sol. It was really clean and nice. It was very well done. Melinda was very helpful and very patient. I would not hesitate to put somebody in there at all. They provided a refrigerator and a microwave. And then you bring your bed and other things. They gave me cookies when I left, which were very good. They had a courtyard and they had a seating area in the front with lots of bushes. It looked very inviting.

Estancia Del Sol was fine. I went to the memory care area and I liked it. The rooms were good. They were reasonably spacious and a little bit newer. The staff seemed to be pretty good, too. The location was nice. It was close to where our home was, so it would have been easy for my mother and me to get there. They have a mix of amenities between activities for the seniors as far as doing game nights, movie nights, and things like that. Overall, it's a good facility.

If we had to make a decision right this minute, Estancia Del Sol is the one we would like to pick. It was very clean and it had a resort hotel feel to it. It's laid out in an easy-to- navigate manner. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms that we saw were roomy and had a kitchenette. What I liked about them is that they had a dedicated generator-connected outlet and each unit had one. So, if the power to the building was out for whatever reason, if the electricity went off, they have a generator. If you had medical devices that needed electricity, you could plug them into that red outlet and it would work. If you were on an oxygen machine or something like that, you didn't have to worry about a power outage because the generator outlet would continue to function. I'd never seen that before, and I thought it was very good. They have a beauty salon, a game room, a bocce ball outside, and a garden for people to do vegetables and things. The only thing is they don't have any openings right now, so obviously it's a great facility. It is our favorite because they have a physician who comes to the facility and has office hours in the community. You don't ever have to leave the property to go to the doctor. We like them and it's within our price range.

I toured the memory care side of Estancia Del Sol for my mom. It was very nice based on the welcoming, open and airy common area. The room was a private room with a shared bath. The person who assisted me, Michael, was very helpful. We didn't have any food but their dining area was very nice. At the time we were there, they had a guest who was playing music for them. He was playing the guitar and it was very warm and welcoming. The residents were enjoying the activity and the involvement of music.

We went to Estancia Del Sol. It was less expensive for the square feet. It was the first place I went to. A couple of things that I really did like about it were that in the one-bedroom apartment with the kitchenette, they actually had a peninsula countertop where you could sit and eat, so you don't necessarily need to have a dining table. I really liked that, and I also liked the shower. There's a flat floor walk-in shower with just a rubber strip that stops the water from running out, and so that was really nice. They also had a microwave for the one-bedroom, they had three closets, and their transportation radius was 25 miles, which was good. One of the downfalls was that visitors can only visit in the apartment at this time. They also knew the VA clinic available close by. They have a beautiful lobby when you walk in.

Estancia del Sol is much higher class, much newer, and cleaner than the others I saw. They were really good. If you're looking for a fancy, updated, and classier facility then you're looking at a place like the Estancia del Sol. It is a lot more costly. They're very trendy, nice, decorative and very clean. They've got very, very nice rooms. They were friendly and informative. The lady who was showing me around suggested another place that's nice, but maybe not as high end. She was informative and helpful. She told me that a therapist is there full time and a nurse. I didn't eat there, although they did bring me a cup of hot chocolate. The staff was friendly. The lady who showed me around was informative and helpful. The ladies at the desk when I entered were helpful, polite, and friendly. A couple of people I saw greeted me, and they were very friendly as well. It's a very expensive place to live, but it's got modern decor and it's very upscale.

I didn't expect to look at the Estancia Del Sol. It was a rushed visit, but I was surprised that it was too nice for the price. They had so many good things to offer there, like the art studio for the seniors, and a computer room with a library. I thought that was really good because my grandma would like to get out from her apartment and be on the computer and things like that. I work at a CNA school and I even recommended it to our students and graduates to apply there for their first job. The size and the layout of the apartments were like designer apartments. It felt like you were going to look at a model home. They were so nice. The staff was also very nice. It was so pretty.

We visited Estancia Del Sol and it was a beautiful place. In fact, she really liked that place. The only difference, the only reason she picked the other community, was because it was closer to her kids. The room was very beautiful and very spacious. Everybody was really nice, and it was a clean facility. We saw the dining area and it was beautiful. The staff was wonderful, she was so patient, and so kind. She answered all of our questions and she was fantastic. From what we saw, everybody was really nice. They introduced themselves and were very kind when we were walking through and everything.

We were very impressed with Estancia Del Sol and had we decided to place my husband's aunt in that kind of environment, they were probably our 1st choice. The staff that we dealt with, which was primarily their sales consultant and their director, were vey responsive, very courteous and very informative. It's very well-maintained and efficiently laid out. Most of the common areas where residents would congregate were centrally located. Then, residences were on outer edges, so they could retreat to their private chambers and have their own personal space, but it would be easy for them to access the gym, the hair salon, and any of the other communal amenities. That way, they could pick their level of involvements easily.

Estancia Del Sol was very nice and very well kept. The staff member was very friendly and very welcoming. Even the residents that live there were very friendly and very nice. It was a very nice place. They have both assisted and independent living. We saw two different types of apartments. It was very good. The rooms were a good size and were decorated nicely. One of the residents let us peek in her apartment, which was very nice. Of course my dad would think they're too small, but they're a pretty good size. The amenities were really nice. They had lots of activities. They had lots of areas where the residents could come together; it was really nice. They had everything. They had a happy hour area and a small ice cream parlor, which was really cute. They were great.

This facility is clean and modern. Some of the rooms are private, others have shared bathrooms. Residents are not allowed to lock doors, so if you share a bathroom, the resident who shares your bathroom has access to your living area. Food is fairly good, institutional but healthy. Some staff is very good and caring, other not so much. Several months ago, a new company took over management, and things went downhill at that time. The phone system does not allow direct access to memory care unit, so messages must be left. Whenever I leave messages, it’s like I never did. No call back. When I go in person, I’m told we never received the message. This makes communication about our loved one, appts, care concerns, etc, very difficult. There are very few options for memory care in our area. It’s expensive for my relative to be here, and I don’t feel like we are getting our money’s worth since the new company took over. So sad.

My mother is at Estancia Del Sol, and so far, so good. She likes the library and books that are available to her. She likes the grounds where she's able to walk freely but safely. Her room is great and perfect for her. The administrative staff has been great and worked with us really well. They have great amenities, and the food is wonderful.

My mom is doing good at Estancia Del Sol. It's a memory care facility along with other residents. They each have their own little apartments and rooms. They take care of them and give them three meals a day. It's a nice facility. The food looks good.

I liked Estancia Del Sol. It was newer, more up to date, I liked the location, and I liked how it was set up. It was also close to my house, so it would have been convenient for my wife to step in and help me out. It look like a plush hotel, the food looked pretty good, and it was restaurant style for the assisted living. I looked at both the assisted living and memory care. Everything was pretty top cabin. I would pick it for my parents because of its proximity and how new it is. The memory care eating area was nice. I saw somebody walking a dog there and everybody knew each other. They had a movie theater, an art room, an outdoor area where you could plant a garden, and a guest visitation area where you could be with your family.

Estancia Del Sol is a beautiful place and gave a nice tour, but they didnt have any openings. Also, they didnt do one-on-one feedings, and my husband needs that as an option. If I was looking for an assisted living place, I would definitely consider them. They do a lot of activities and take their residents to a lot of places. Its more upscale.

We're going to Estancia Del Sol. I like it very much. The staff has been very nice. The place is fairly new and a very beautiful place. The vestibule is large, and the dining room is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The 2-bedroom was very nice and they have a washer and dryer right there in the apartment.

Estancia Del Sol is great and only three years old, so the building is in good condition. Everything is very nice. The staff is very friendly. The person who did the tour was very nice. My mother-in-law, my wife and I all love Estancia Del Sol. If my father-in-law hadn't changed his mind, we would have already moved them in there. The rooms were very nice. We looked at a one-bedroom unit, which was what they were looking for. It had a bedroom and a small living room but no kitchen, just a refrigerator and a microwave. My in-laws would like a washer and dryer, but they didn't have room available for it. They had a TV room and a game room, and happy hour every afternoon where the wines and beers are free.

Estancia Del Sol was very impressive. It was smaller than the other facilities, but I had a real good feeling about it. They had a lot of activities and special events. They invited us to a luau. The rooms weren't big, but pretty ample. The environment was very good. They were very nice and showed us the whole facility.

Estancia Del Sol is beautiful. It is newer too. What's nice about them is they have assisted living as well as memory care, so if your parent ends up declining mentally, you don't have to move them. They might have to move rooms, but they would not have to move facilities. The staff members were very helpful when I looked into it as well. Estancia Del Sol is really amazing. It's very nice. It is beautifully decorated. Their eating area is very nice and new. Their family areas are great. It's very new, and it's very state-of-the-art. Their snack area looks like a very nice Starbucks. They make everything looked very well cared for and also very pleasing to look at.

Estancia Del Sol was an excellent community. We checked the rooms, outside areas, and community areas. My parents like Estancia Del Sol a lot. Everybody was very friendly. We were there around lunchtime, and everything looked nice. They had a few different areas, like a juice bar, the main dining room, a small happy hour area, an exercise room, a library, and a movie room.

I have moved my parents into the Estancia Del Sol. It’s very nice. It’s very elegant-looking inside. There are nice amenities. It feels like my parents are living in a nice comfortable environment with a lot of activities. Food is fantastic. Right now, my parents are in independent, so they’re not getting any other service, but Estancia Del Sol provides linen service, garbage disposal, and apartment cleanings once a week.

I visited a friend and her Mother here and was blown away by the care I observed. I mentioned to my friend that I would love to tour the facility and we began walking around. One of the caregivers Daniele was so sweet and opened the models for us to view as she mentioned the different activities the facility offered. The serving staff was amazing and the food we had for lunch was delicious. Much better than I anticipated thinking it would taste like hospital food. The medtech, whom I believes name was Lara was so nice as my friends dear Mother needed reassurance when taking her meds. By far, hands down the best facility I have ever visited.

It was a nice place, but it was farther away from us. It would have been closer to my wife’s sister, but it was quite a traffic to get there. Internally, the place has a really good social area. They have lots of activities and lots of transportation. They have washing clothes as part of the care plan. It is very spacious. I’m very happy with the place. They actually gave me some food there. They’re very nice people.

It is good, and my grandmother is living there now. We had a good impression of it. We saw a very nice and spacious 1-bedroom unit. They have a gym, outdoor sitting like courtyard kind of benches, three meals a day, and a café bar where they can drink coffee or get pastries. They had activities that she can be part of like bingo, exercise classes, and a lot of things each month. The staff was good, friendly, and nice, and looked like wanting to know her.

I thought it was beautiful inside. They had like a coffee bar or a dessert area where it felt like you were going into a bakery. The experience is very nice because you’re able to feel like you’re in a community. It was very clean, and when you walked down the halls, you felt like you were in an apartment living and not like a hospital or an elderly community. The staff welcomed me, and they had my name welcoming me in the foyer. I really felt important and dignified, and they answered every question I needed; they were just accommodating. The food was not upscale food, but it was good and tasty.

It’s newly built, and the rooms are a little bit spacious. She can get into a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, with a kitchen, but it doesn’t have a balcony. They have a small exercise room, and an activity room. The staff seemed caring and very knowledgeable.
