My brother is in Diamond Ridge Healthcare Center. To me, it's been working out well. He likes it. They give him a lot of physical therapy. So far, it's been pretty good. It's better than I thought it was going to be. It's clean and welcoming. Everybody is very friendly and welcoming. I really couldn't say anything bad about it because they treated my brother well. They make sure I'm informed about what's going on with them if anything happens. He cleans his plate. I haven't had any complaints fr...

I went to Diamond Ridge Healthcare Center, but they have not called me back since then. It looked beautiful, but they won't return my phone calls. It looked clean and full of happy people. It looked like it was definitely our choice. We were very pleased during the tour, we saw all of the facilities, and some of the patients there. Everybody seemed happy and was interacting with each other, even though we were wearing masks of course. We were favorably impressed and wanted to pursue getting my f...

I feel that this is the best center because when my wife first got sick we went to a member of centers and diamond ridge over all was truly the best care possible and if someone has a mother or father I would recommend diamond ridge as a place in my heart I feel that they have an amazing staff however there was one that stood out Carmella has been very instrumental and helping my wife and I feel like family she keeps us very well informed showing knowledge to particular subjects and situations G...

I'm now in Healthcare Center. It's very good and like a hospital with all kinds of medical treatments. They have physical programs and all kinds of games, too. They have plenty of staff members who are highly skilled and know how to do whatever they have to do. The food is good. Each individual gets what his or her diet requires.

My mom came from Diamond Ridge rehab facility in Pittsburg which I was not happy with. I just put in a complaint with licensing on how my mother was treated. When she was brought to the other facility, there was no mention in any medical report that mother had second to third degree bedsores on her behind. That's what really ticked me off. She didn't deserve that. Mother only had pureed food, and they were told at the beginning that she didn't like mashed potatoes, but they would give it to her ...

My stay at Diamond Ridge was terrible. The food was horrible, some of the beds were old, and it took me about a week before I got a bed that I could control myself. The people were very nice, and the facility looked nice. My mother stayed there for two-and-a-half years, and she really didn't complain.

I would recommend Diamond Ridge. It was clean, and -- according to my mother -- the staff was very friendly, and the health care was also very good. They did have a bunch of activities.

Diamond Ridge was a great place, but extremely expensive. My father-in-law was there for probably 35 days. He was basically in rehab, so they had them do some stuff with his feet, pedaling, doing stuff like that. But they're $8,000 a month. He could not afford that. The staff was fine, they were clean, and I like the location. It's a nice place, but it's too expensive.

STAY AWAY. 3 beds to a room, 1 bathroom for 2 rooms to share - NOT GOOD. Residents wandering hallways at all hours of the night, items missing constantly. You have to bring your own TV, pay for your own cable and phone. My mother was given a tranquilizer by accident. Never again will I allow my mother to go here.
