My spouse has been a resident of Windsor Court for over two years on the memory care side. Dealing with Dementia and/or Alzheimer's is difficult enough but when you find a facility where you know your loved one is safe and is taken care of on a daily basis brings me relief and tremendous comfort. I appreciate Windsor Court and the staff for always being attentive and caring. They've always been there when I have questions whether it be from the staff or from the office administration. They have walked with me through this difficult journey of having a loved one affected with this terrible disease, its no easy task. Kudos for the staff that works with our loved ones on a daily basis and a great job for those that work in the office administration for keeping this residence running efficiently for our loved ones. I would not hesitate to have a loved one in Windsor Court. They have been a blessing to me and my spouse. They also have a terrific hair stylist that cares for the residents who reside at WC.

I'm at Windsor Court Assisted Living. It's more like a hotel. It has a great restaurant. They prepare your meals, and you order just like in a regular restaurant. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. The staff is very pleasant and very dedicated. They have very well-organized programs. The administrators would some time participate in activity sessions. They have very good personnel, like two people working in that area that keep the place jumping. It's quite extensive.

Communication has been horrible! My brother was in Memory Care at Windsor Court for a year. They definitely we not trained for dementia patients! I was overcharged for services and the Administrator will not return calls. My brother passed away and cannot receive a call back!!!

The woman I met at Windsor Court was Jennifer. She was very personable with a great personality, and helpful in every way. The facility is very clean and the rooms were very nice. They have single rooms and double rooms. Everybody was very accommodating, but Jennifer was the only person I really talked to. Because of the Covid restrictions, certain things probably weren't open like the entertainment areas they have. I didn't taste the food, but I saw the facility where they have it and they have an interesting setup. You can choose to have your meals at any time during the day. You just go in there, and they have a menu of items for breakfast, lunch, or dinner that you can choose from. I thought that was unusual that they would accommodate people to the point where you didn't have to go in at special times. You can go any time during the day to eat. They have different levels of care there. They evaluate you and can help you, whether you're a level 1 which basically means that you don't really need any extra assistance) or memory care. If you have issues with your bowels or need showers, then they do all that too.

I visited Windsor Court Assisted Living. I toured the entire place. I didn't have any of the food. The staff members that I dealt with were very kind and afable. I enjoyed it. It was very well appointed. You can either get a single room with your own bathroom or a room where you share a bathroom with somebody. It's very clean, very nice, and looked sort of upscale. They had a movie room. For the price that they're charging, it's pretty good. The staff was very informative, very polite, very nice, and helpful. It's in a great location. It's right around the corner from urgent care.

I am currently living in Windsor Court Assisted Living. I like the people here and the staff. It's kind of a social place where everybody gets to know each other, but I don't like the food. It doesn't taste good, and it's the same thing over and over again. There are not many activities due to COVID, but they used to have a lot of activities. Like you could go drive out of the city. They would also take us to doctors' appointments. I'm in the smallest room, and it's a split room. They keep it very clean.

My wife is in Windsor Court memory care. The surrounding is okay. They have a kitchen and a recreation room. The staff seems to be doing their job, but I'm dealing mostly with hospice home care.

We visited Windsor Court for my mother. That was more like we wanted, it was more open, had more activities, and a lot more people out and about. They have a bigger clubhouse than the others, and it's a good place. The dining area was nice, it looked pretty, and there were more people. We looked at both the assisted living and the memory care. We saw a 1-bedroom and a studio in the assisted living, they were nice, and had ample room, but the facilities needed a little upgrading.

Windsor Court Assisted Living was bright and it seemed to have all the amenities that everybody else has like games and meals. The residents were playing bingo. I saw a studio apartment, and it was nice, but there was nothing extraordinary about it. The director was a really great guy. He asked good questions in respect to what my dad needed, helped me out with the insurance, and talked to me about my needs, which I appreciated. The people were very welcoming. I saw a 50s diner there.

Windsor Court is very clean and you can't smell anything. The people are friendly. I saw the place where they watch movies. It's a good place and I would take my mom there.

I liked Windsor Court a lot. The layout is very nice, rooms are spacious, the director listened to all of my concerns and had an answer for everything that I asked, and they have a regular ward for people who are mobile as well as a memory care ward. The person who toured me around was very nice, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did follow up calls. The fee is broken down and added on, but it's still a doable price. The only thing I didn't care about it was it was 2-stories. They have a movie theater-type room.

Windsor Court Assisted Living looked like a very nice place. It was very clean and had a very friendly atmosphere. The gentleman that showed us around was very kind, considerate, and caring. I saw the rooms and the kitchen area or the area where they all gather together and watch TV.

I was at Windsor Court for lunch. The food was superb. The rooms were a bit drab, and there’s possibilities, but it’s not for me. One needs to bring their own furniture. The person who took me around was very kind and helpful.

Windsor Court Assisted Living and its rooms were very nice. There was nothing negative about it. They had a community room, and there weren't a lot of people doing things. The rooms were large and very clean.

Windsor Court treated us very well and were very polite and very informative. We were looking for something ground level, and they had several floors, so it didn't work out. The rooms were studio-sized, which seemed adequate. They had a number of things to do, like singing. It was a nice place but wasn't for us.

DO NOT PUT YOUR PARENTS HERE! They do not bathe your parents, stolen money, lost lab results. Do not care at all. Expensive babysitting! Thats all you're getting.

The facility is easily accessible for all visitors with a parking lot and semi circle drive way. The landscaping is always kept up nicely and someone passing by may not even know it was an assisted living building due its hotel-like features. The staff is incredibly helpful, interactive with patients, and are always available to help with the needs of the residents, visitors, and family members. I used to visit assisted living facilities such as Windsor Court as an elementary and middle school student providing musical entertainment and holiday gifts for those whom are alone during Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc. The staff is very welcoming and the facility has been in operation for over thirty years now in the same location making it easy to find and rely on. Located in the heart of Palm Springs, CA, WIndsor Court is definitely a facility where family members and friends in need of living assistance can feel at ease and assured that their loved ones are given the best care.
