Pacific Grove Senior Living was just bought out by another company. They were in transition so I'm expecting that there will be a lot of improvements coming soon, but when I visited, it was super sad. We did not want to put our mom there. It didn't seem like it had enough staff. The people that were there seemed very sad. It looks more like a hospital than a residence. It was hard to get Mom to even go into a facility, so we never got there. The environment just lacked a lot of social connection and it didn't have a lot of people in it. They were still in transition, though, so that has a lot to do with my rating. I think when we were visiting them, they were in the midst of that. They're making improvements and I saw some of it.
