I visited Ocean Hills Country Club. Its not a CCRC, but an independent living. They have independent houses. Theyre fine, and they offered much less than the other facilities. Theres no restaurant there, so theres no food to evaluate. They have a huge number of clubs, but not a lot of common facilities. I met a realtor, and no other staff. I think its fine for what it is. It was more like a little community than anything else.
