I moved into Merrill Gardens at Rockridge. It's wonderful, it's very open, clean, and bright and peaceful. The staff is without exception caring, very intelligent, and very helpful. I'm very happy. We have just enough activities.

We went to Merrill Gardens at Rockridge. It's clean, friendly, and accessible. They have activities. The staff was attentive. They have an outdoor rooftop space. They're close to Safeway and shopping.

I was less impressed with the ambiance at Merrill Gardens at Rockridge. The memory care area was good. The entry was kind of utilitarian. The people were very nice. Everything was nice. There was something about it that just didn't feel as good to me having come off of maybe seeing the other place. The tour experience was fine though. The staff who toured me was good. They have garden spaces that are always available to the people and are both safe and nicely laid out where they could spend time that is specific to the memory care area.

We went to Merrill Gardens at Rockridge. It was very nice. The staff were very nice and very knowledgeable. All the staff that we saw were friendly and the people in the hallways or the gathering rooms all looked very, very happy. The units were nice. I think they were the nicest units because they were the largest units that we saw. The common areas were very nice and very well-lit. There was lots of natural light.

Merrill Gardens at Rockridge was very nice. That place was our second choice. Their main attraction was that they had two-bedroom apartments available. So, they had more space. They had a lovely rooftop terrace, too. Their dining area was nice.

I went to Merrill Gardens at Rockridge. They showed us an apartment for independent living. It was very nice. It's a brand new apartment. It had a stove, a refrigerator if you need it, a microwave, a room for the bed, a bathroom, a washing machine and dryer within the place, and their own door key lock. Whenever they wanted to go down to the other part of the building, they could just walk down to the other part. They had a beauty salon, a library, doctors on certain floors, a light gym, a bistro where they can go, eat and play music, and a common area where everybody can go and talk to one another. It was very nice, but it's also very expensive. The lady who took us on the tour was kind and considerate.

The people at Merrill Gardens at Rockridge were very nice and very friendly. The place was clean and new, and it looked pretty good to us. The manager explained the place to us very well, including what kind of care they provide.
