Rooms clean and comfortable. Caregivers and staff so caring. My first morning and could not sleep. I told the caregiver leia that it had been 10 days in Inland Valley and last time cleaned 10 days ago and I had hoped to get a shower soon. And she gave me a shower!! The best and caring healthcare worker I have met on this journey. Thank you

I am currently a resident at MHRC and have been here since June 2017, They take good care of me here. Teasing Crazy Jose and Crazy Jennifer about actually being crazy enough to work here is a lot of fun,

My sister was in this facility for 4 months and the care she received was awful! She has a stage 4 bed sore on her tailbone and was left for several hours without being changed! She almost died from neglect on their part. She wouldn't eat because the food was so bad. Nursing staff are very unprofessional. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed at Murrieta Health and Rehabilitation Center. The staff was very attentive, and they initiated my physical therapy. They were very adequate in my opinion. The physical therapy was very good and very structured. We had a regular schedule. I left sooner than they wanted me to because I thought I was ready to leave. I've been around a lot of physical therapists over the years, and the physical therapists at Murrieta were very attentive, they knew what they were doing, and they were trying to get me back to where I needed to be. The food was average. I wasn't involved in the activities. I was pretty much doing just therapy, and I had a lot of time to myself.

I came here after surgery for a fractured hip. I only lasted 5 days no help at all. I had to go to bathroom unassisted dress and undress myself. If you wanted bed made had to do it yourself. FOOD was TERRIBLE. One morning at 1:00 AM used call button for 1 hr. no response got on walker to hall group at nurses station I said call button not working ?? they said yes its working ?? No bath for the 5 days STAY AWAY>

This used to be a nice facility but no longer is. My loved one is now being placed on hospice. His condition is deplorable and over a fairly short period of time. I don't know how they are maintaining such a high Medicare score. He has had two recent falls in the bathroom. He is a high fall risk but I am told they don't have time to watch everyone. He won't be returning here.

In my opinion, this is a horrible place. I had a younger family member who went there and within 3 weeks, had 2 major bedsores down to the bone. After all was said and done, my loved died. Before anyone sends their loved one to ANY facility, do your research and find out who owns it. If it is the same owner as a dozen or more others, be wary.

Murrieta was good, but I had been on the wait list for two years. They have a beautiful facility. Great service. Nice people. The staff was very friendly and very caring. Their rooms were very nice, very spacious, very professional looking and very inviting. Their dining room was very nice. It was very inviting and it looked very safe and sanitary. They have the same things for activities. They have bingo, cards, arts and crafts, and music.

We liked the Country Villa a lot. I liked the people very much and it was much larger, of course, so a lot more was going on. It wasn't quite as a family feeling because it was more of a hospital convalescent, and since grandma -- who has Alzheimer's -- was hard to manage. I did feel like they put up with an awful lot themselves, trying to manage somebody who wasn't very manageable. So I give them kudos for that. Sanitation was good and I liked the food too. The staff was really good. It wasn't near as tricky as when granny started getting much worse, so we had to move her, and that was when things were a little crazier. It was nice, pleasant, and nobody really likes convalescent living that much, but it didn't smell bad and the residents were good people.

My brother was there for a month to recuperate from hip surgery. The staff was friendly and cheerful, and responded in good time to his call button. The food was tasty and plentiful. Because he was there during his anniversary, the staff even gave him and his wife a nice little dinner in a small room together. When he was well, the physical therapists had a little goodbye party for him. All in all a very good experience.

My stepdad was put into this nursing facility three weeks before he passed away. I visited the facility with my mom numerous times. The service was OK. However, the staff was not very experienced when it comes to caring for the residents. They seemed very negligent; they left their supplies in his bedroom(latex gloves, dirty diapers, etc.) They were friendly, but they treated their residents with little respect for their age(they spoke to them like little children, not adults).
