Ralston Tower

Ralston Tower Co-sponsors: Modesto Affiliated Church Housing Corporation Ralston Tower is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired. Our residents enjoy frequent parties, potluck suppers, bingo, and other social activities which are held in the community room. Our community actively participates in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S. A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents’ personal needs. Our 11-story community is conveniently close to several restaurants, a public library, churches, and banks. We provide free van service. Convenient transportation includes; public buses that stop right outside our front door, Modesto’s Dial-A-Ride and a private taxi service. Pets are welcomed but require a deposit and there are size limitations. Ralston Tower is a smoke-free community
