Although the first floor looks decent, the second floor onward where the rooms are are basically falling apart. Equipment and furniture are old/worn out and for some reason always short on either clean linen or supplies. Food is nothing to write home about. Their OT/PT are wonderful to work with, most of the nurses and CNA are caring and helpful, but they appear to be over-worked, almost impossible to get help during the night. Doctors only show up once a week in the most perfunctory manner. The management people are unscrupulous and seems to have communication issues with their staff. All in all I will not recommend this place.

The first floor looks new and remodeled but the upper floors are terrible, especially the second floor. Patients come and get sent back to the hospital for falls, Patients wait a long time for help and often fall cause they're tired of waiting, some rooms have moldy furniture, the water is either too hot or too cold, the overnight staff sleeps instead of attending to patients, and management covers up patient care issues. If you want great care, go somewhere else.

I visited facility several times. Staff immediately approached me smiling and offered help. Facility is very clean and patients look very happy. I asked one of the patient if she likes the place and she replied it's the best nursing home in the area. I was convinced after I was given a tour of the facility, that place is very well managed, owners care about their residents and employees.
