I moved to Loma Linda Springs. It's beautiful. It is well maintained. I have a two bedroom, two bath apartment. The staff is phenomenal. They are very good and they're very pleasant. They work with you. They try to help you out. They are good people. They have a computer room. They have full tables. They have a beauty salon. They have a resort setting for the pool and the spa. They have a barbecue area with tables. They have books. They have a library. They have an area where you can sit, and watch TV. They have a fireplace area where you can sit and mingle with your family by the fireplace during the winter. For the value, it's very expensive.

If you like loud music, Smoking and kids then this is the place for you!! Not only for 55+, kids live in here too, plus they take over the pool so residents can't enjoy. There are lots of empty apartments due to this.

Loma Linda Springs is a 55 and over community. It was nice. It's cheaper than the other place I visited. The apartments were just as nice, you just don't get any meals included in it. The people were nice. It's three levels. It had a pool, a jacuzzi, and a walkway where you can go across to the other side depending on where your unit is. The one-bedrooms were nice, but I would have to get a two-bedroom, because the one-bedroom was kind of small. The two-bedroom was a little bit bigger, because you have that extra room. The two-bedrooms were a lot better. It had a nice kitchenette and a nice living room. The bathroom was actually bigger than the living room. It's a walk-in bathroom and it had a nice shower. The bedroom was a pretty nice size, and it had a walk-in closet. It also had a nice refrigerator. These apartments were a little bit smaller, but it's a little cheaper as well. The person that I was supposed to see was on vacation. The one I was with was very nice and very helpful. Any questions that I had, she was able to answer them. I thought she was very pleasant. I liked this community. The staff was really nice. The place was very clean. It's probably renovated, and it was really, really nice, and well kept. They had a water fountain, an exercise room, a miniature gym, a library, and a sitting room. They had a jacuzzi, but it was on the other side. It had three towers. They had a small bridge, and there were ways you can get to your own unit, but you could cross over to the bridge to go to the other part if you were on that side. There was a railing there and it was really just nice. If you couldn't use the stairs, you could use the ramps to go up. It was very clean and very well kept. The maintenance person was doing the shrubbery when we were there, cutting it, and maintaining it. Someone was doing the lawn, so it was definitely well kept for sure. It's kind of on a hill.

Loma Linda Springs was OK. It looked nice on the inside, and the grounds were very nice. The rooms and model unit was very nice on the inside. However, the staff wasn't very helpful. They weren't willing to work with me very much. I really wanted to go there. I would've been happy there had they worked with me.

Loma Linda Springs was very nice and very much affordable. There were a lot of units and was more of an independent living place. The grounds were well-kept, and the people were nice. Everybody there wasn't in need of help or somebody per se, and yet there were a couple of older people there who would very much appreciate amenities like the bus that takes you shopping and the game room. They have a mixture of age groups or people with different needs. The dining area was nice-looking.

The people at Loma Linda Springs are the kindest people I've ever come in contact with. They always help you. It's a wonderful place. I'm very happy here. The men that works on the landscaping on the outside of the building does an excellent job. It's always beautiful. They're always working and they're appropriately friendly.

Loma Linda Springs is a very good facility. The place is cheap and we already good an apartment. We're moving in about less than three weeks. The place is really kept clean. The maintenance crew is always out. The staff seems to be pretty good. I see them attending to the residents. They were nice to us.
