My mother-in-law is at Windsor Country Drive Care Center for physical therapy and occupational therapy. Shes been there for two months now. However, we have to remind the nursing staff on certain things for patient needs. Family support is paramount to keep her focused going forward, so we have to do this job of reminding the nursing staff, but its not all the time. The food from my perspective, she gets three square meals, but she doesnt always like the food.

The rooms are not clean. The staff are not train. This place is terrible. The staff here are like zoombies. If you ask questions and update on our relative condition. They will not answer you. This place is for people who are old and dying but not for rehabilitation. Your condition will get worse if you stay in this place. They don't know how to take care of a patient. They only want your money.

Absolutely terrible place. Do not send you loved one here. After severely neglecting my grandpa they sent him home with COVID-19 which then sent him AND my grandma to the hospital for days. My grandpa could not even walk after going here. Was left soiled overnight and got horrible bed sores. Call button was left out of reach. Wasn't given water. But refusing to test him after seeing he was obviously sick is pure neglect to him and other patients. Nasty place.

The Staff was friendly. My grandmother never had anything bad to say about them (and she was one that would have spoke up). They were always polite to the family when we came up to see her and would contact us if there anything was ever wrong with her. The food there wasn't that great it smelled much worse than the hospital food and it looked and from what my grandmother told tasted of very low quality. The Facility itself was pretty clean although the carpets had a strong smell of urine and sometimes feces but otherwise it seemed pretty clean. My only complaint about the place was the management would neglect to call my mother who was power of attorney whenever medicare would stop paying for my grandmothers medical expenses letting debt pile up and leaving the family to find a way to deal with it. Other than management and a few distruptive residents that would yell alot the place was not too bad.

They continue to stuff more beds in each room - three beds in rooms originally designed for two. They also try to move long-term patients in two-bed rooms into rooms with three beds... The obvious goal: Increase profitability by 50%
