We found Country Gardens for Dad, and he's there now. It's a big house, there are 14 people who live there, and it's nicely landscaped. It's mostly for dementia and Alzheimer's care, so they can't go out. The staff is great, and very nice. The food is good, and he looks like he's putting on weight.

My husband is in Country Garden now. I just moved him there last week. I think it is a really good one. It is very secure. It has lots of caregivers per residents. It has a good reputation. The price is more reasonable than some. My husband is sharing a room with another resident. The room is very clean, furnished, and he is being well taken care of. The food is excellent, and he is eating very well now. I like everything I see about it so far.

I difficultly rating given this facility a more than below average rating after visiting for placement of my mother. The rooms were dark and small and had only one private room the rest were semi-private. Didn't care much for the staffs attitude it appeared the residents where just sitting around not much of activity. The location of the facility was not much to right home about

Country Gardens was recommended by some good friends in church. They have relatives there and they're really happy. It's also very convenient for us. It's an Alzheimer's care facility and everybody that works there are fantastic. My sister has her own big room. They also have a beautiful room where they would stay for games, watch TV, and sing. She's happy there. The food is excellent. The lady that owns the place, she's the one that cooks and takes care of the patient because she wants the best for them. That's amazing!

A friend and I went to check out Country Gardens assisted living facility in Fallbrook to find a place for he and his wife to live. We'd been in nearby Chula Vista and friends recommended this place as an option. This looked like a really nice home-like community with a nice exterior, with well kept landscaping. The furnishings looked comfortable and the decor fresh. There were flowers throughout the residence, with lots of air and light. The communal social rooms offered easy ways for residents to easily read, socialize, play games, watch TV and films and participate in the many stimulating activities. There were also rooms that could be reserved for friends and family visiting. The dining rooms included both casual and formal options. Their menus offer a variety of healthy food options. The food we saw looked nutritious, delicious and smelled really good, too. The snacks also looked interesting and healthy with a nice mix of nutritious options. We also liked that they encourage drinking plenty of fluids for healthy hydration each day. The activities included a calendar of events with many stimulating activities like fun ways to exercise with nature walks and other excursions and the opportunity to enjoy all that the region offers. The private rooms were decorated tastefully with a homey, light and airy atmosphere. Each space had nice views of the surrounding area. Bathrooms were designed with safety seats and rails. The residents are encouraged to enjoy physical activity as much as possible. They may take exercise classes such as yoga and aerobics, or use the weight training and other equipment. They can also enjoy the outer walkways around the building and courtyard. We saw plenty of smiling faces which told us that people were happy here. We are glad that we took the time to visit and it is definitely an option my friend is considering.
