Welcome to Fair Oaks Estates! Fair Oaks Estates is a locally owned and operated Assisted Living and Memory Impaired Community located in the heart of Carmichael CA. The community sits comfortably on four gated acres off Fair Oaks Blvd. just west of San Juan Ave. We offer Assisted Living Care, Memory Impaired Care, Hospice Care, and Respite Care as well.
Fair Oaks Estates is not part of a chain of assisted living facilities owned by a large corporation. The owners live locally and take a "hands on" approach to ensuring you receive the best care possible at all times. This means you don't have to navigate levels of corporate bureaucracy to get the answers you might need.
Local ownership also allows us to respond quickly to the needs of our residents and the community as a whole. The owners work at the facility weekly to ensure processes are reviewed and programs are being implemented to provide optimum resident satisfaction.
