Pacifica Senior Living Burlingame is a great place and my mom likes it a lot. She has a large 2-room apartment. She has 3 meals a day. There's a courtyard in the front, which is a very nice sunny patio area with nice chairs that overlooks the park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've eaten there and it's good. My mom likes it. Every day, there are activities all day. So, my mom has her breakfast. She then goes to exercise class. After exercise, there might be a game, then she'll have lunch. Then there might be another game. And then, there's a movie in the afternoon. The best thing about it is that it's the most affordable one that I've seen. I was expecting it to be a lot lower quality because of the price, but I was surprised at how nice it is for what you pay. They clean her apartment once a week, and they change her linens. It is also located in a very nice area, right near the nice downtown.

I toured Pacifica Senior Living Burlingame. It was clean, they were friendly, and the residents had a good amount of space. They had nice rooms. They have programs like arts and things like that. They also had ways for the members to have companionship together. They had a nice room where they could eat. They had different floors for different needs. So memory care was on one floor while other care was on another floor. They had different degrees of how memory care works. So if a person had partial memory loss, they were in a certain area and then if their memory was very impacted, they had a higher amount of care at a higher cost, but they had it tiered so there was a standard rate. If your family member had more acute problems and they needed more nursing care, the rate would go up. What I appreciated is they made that very clear from the start. So say that you were going in there paying $6,000 a month and you didn't know that your loved one got more memory loss, the rates would go up. They made that very clear so that they would explain to you that these are how their rates could change depending on the care and that was very important for a person who's investigating it, who doesn't know a lot about it. So you could anticipate that costs would rise as the memory declines.

Pacifica Senior Living Burlingame is a multistory building. They had a lovely dining room. The rooms I saw were beautiful. I saw places where people could socialize. I liked the location. It's across from the Burlingame Community Center. The staff during the tour was wonderful, really informative, very knowledgeable, trying to find out what our needs were, and very transparent. I was impressed with the place. They have a gym. It was near a hospital and it had access to downtown. It's very clean.

The tour I had at Pacifica Senior Living Burlingame went well. We went to the memory care and they were very caring and made us feel comfortable the minute we walked in. The room was extremely clean and nice. The big point was that you can have a small refrigerator and that's what sold me. It's a big room. There's a window in it. It's just really a very warm feeling I got.

We like Pacifica Senior Living Burlingame for my aunt. I like the structured activities. They offer things and encourage the seniors to do them. They come out of their room every day. She enjoyed the variety and food choices. The staff members we met with were great. They sat down, answered all our questions, went through the handbook, and explained everything that we would need. I feel like it was not quite the best fit for my aunt, but it was a great facility. The people were nice, and the staff was very supportive and attentive. They do a lot of checks on the clients, but also let them have independence as best as possible. They would help with housekeeping. Overall, it's a great place. They allowed us to come and have a meal complimentary. We sat in the eating area, and we got to experience ordering your food from the menu and having it brought to you. It's meant to be more bland and a little healthier. For an elderly care home, I think it's perfect. They have a salon, a courtyard, a library, and a dining area. They have coffee and tea available most of the day.

I liked Pacifica Senior Living Burlingame. I liked the building and the rooms that I saw. It's still under renovation and redecoration. They offered me a good rent, but I need to pin that down and get it in writing before I do anything. Everything I saw was very nice, new, and clean, and the people I met were very nice. The studio I saw was also ideal. It would be a great size and place for my husband, so I liked it. The staff who accommodated me was the sales director, and she was a very pleasant lady. It seemed like she was willing to work with me on the rent and care. There was a communal room with a piano where they had concerts. They have movies and a big television. They have social events, maybe like wine tasting or ice cream sundaes or something like that. The place is very nice indeed. It looks new.

I looked at Pacifica Senior Living Burlingame. There's nothing I like about it. It was a rundown facility. They were very disorganized. It was bleak. There was nothing about it that was good. The staff was not good. The room was small and dirty, too.

We looked at the assisted living of Pacifica Senior Living Burlingame. It's fine. It looks clean. The staff showed us a few rooms that are currently available. It's a smaller place than the other facility. She showed us around. The lighting in the dining area is good. It is a big room with tables where people eat. We saw a menu for that day. We went at the end of the day, and it was actually past the director's work time because that's the only time we can go in. It was like 5:30 when we went to visit, so I'm sure she probably wants to go home, but she was willing to accommodate us to come in and look. We also met some staff, and they were very friendly. They don't have the medical part like the other facility has, and that was so important for us. If an emergency arises, we will have to go there immediately, or they call 911 or call the ambulance. The medical part was this thing we wanted. They have similar amenities as the other facility like food and housekeeping. All that kind of stuff, they are all included, it's just not the medical part. They don't have a chapel like the other facility has. They will hold church services in a common room. I looked at the activities calendar and it seems like they have Sunday mass. We saw a few common areas as well. They don't seem well defined, meaning like this room is specifically the library room or this room is specifically the computer room. It's not compartmentalized. It's like in a common space and there will be shelves with books, that kind of stuff.

I went here and the lady that gave us the tour was very pleasant. She showed us everything we needed to see. It was quick and efficient. It was fine. The community was really nice. It was clean, and everybody around there seemed to be happy. Our host seemed to know everybody that they passed by and everything was pleasant. I looked at the living quarters, the activities, and the food that they have, and I was happy with what they showed us. It was everything I was hoping for. The staff member didn't even know we were coming, even though I had an appointment, but she was very pleasant right away. I was really happy about it. She was fine. She said that they have a good restaurant and good food there. They serve food to the people that live there. Upkeep looked fine to me. Everything looked clean. It felt homey.

We toured and it has great room sizes and nice decks off of each room. It had a gorgeous dining room. The staff was very friendly. The food looks scrumptious. They offered us food, but we just ate lunch. The food looks scrumptious and plentiful. They were having a party. They just weren't right for us. There was an individual who comes and checks on them, and I think someone helped them with bathing, but my mother's needs went beyond what they can do.

The rooms were fairly spacious and had nice balconies that were communal areas. There were nice areas to sit and read, plus a computer station. They had couple of activities. The people were very helpful and caring.

We have narrowed our search to here the assisted living and memory care. I’m impressed with the location, the secure parking, and, in general, the people and everything else. The rooms were very nice. The food was outstanding, and the staff was very competent.

It was very nice, and we enjoyed meeting with them. What we liked about it was that it was in front of a park, and that park also had yoga classes. The staff was very helpful, they were very informed, and they followed up with us a lot to make sure that all our questions were answered. They invited us to St. Patrick’s Day. There is a variety of food and it changes all the time. They had a nice meal program.
