Integrity Guest Home is a small residential community known today as "Assisted Living" or "Board and Care." It is designed to provide the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with ADL (Activities of Daily Living), such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and medication administration. Our residents enjoy the benefits of personalized assistance and care with our high staff ratio. Integrity Guest Home offers personal care that encourages independence and quality of life in a residential environment with an increased level of assistance. For all of our residents, the following basic services are available. The services provided will be those the resident wants and those the resident needs, based on the individual's pre-admission appraisal, and the needs and services plan. Subsequent resident appraisals may result in the need for additional basic services. We shall provide assistance to residents requesting supportive services such as adult day care centers, entertainment resources, etc., as well as medical, dental, or other health-related services. Home Health Services may be obtained per Doctor's request. For all non-emergency medical/dental transportation, we shall assist in transporting or in arranging for a transportation provider. In all cases, we will ensure that the resident's medical and dental needs are met. I'm leaning towards Integrity Guest Home. The tour was wonderful. Kathy gave us the tour, she's the owner, and she did great. She showed us a room, and everything was clean. The clients were sitting there watching TV. They seemed very peaceful. She did have a little backyard with a little patio where they could go sit outside, and when you go visit, they could sit outside there, too. It was very nice. It was a very tranquil environment. The fact that there were two caregivers made me feel comfortable. When I went to the previous one, there was only one caregiver there, and they were waiting for the second one to get there, which to me was kind of scary. They can accommodate 6 residents. There was a shared room and a private room. They said they take them outside. They have activities for them. Before COVID, they would drive them in a van to the senior center. When COVID is lifted, they will do that again.
