I am my brother's caregiver and he has been to this facility twice in the past 2 years. Overall I believe it is a great facility and they are very attentive of their patients. Yes, there are things that they can improve on but for the most part they do a very good job. The CNA's are very caring to their patients in spite of having some patients that are whining all the time about something. They give great care but you rarely see a RN/LVN in to see how they are doing. The administration could come and ask how patients are doing as well and if there are any issues but they don't. Don't know why??.

DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is 0 parking for visitors, employees park even on the 4 parking spaces for visitors. This place smells terrible and lacks major maintenance throughout the entire building. Staff is in adequate and careless. Medical equipment throughout the facility beeps all the time, which staff ignores because they too busy making TikTok videos in the halls. They also tend to be short staff, like all the time. If your loved one has heart problems don't send them here either, they don't monitor the heart/oxygenation machine like in a hospital or better nursing center. If stuff like this happens when one is visiting, can you imagine what happens when patients don't have visitors. The list goes on, this place needs to be shut down.

This is more like a home. I feel safe leaving my loved after our visit. My mom bragged about the food and the activity staff. The administration department has been very helpful and reassuring. Thank you for all you do.

This is a terrible facility. The way some of the staff treats the patients are completely unacceptable. On one visit, I overheard the staff speak a rude and very short manner with my loved one. Soon as they saw me, the tone changed drastically and they were suddenly nice. I can only imagine the way patients are treated behind closed doors. Poor communication between all departments. Doctors, nurses, cna’s... no one talks to each other or knows what’s going on. Have a simple request, it will never get done. If you are able to, please avoid.

My mom falls and breaks her hips, and she is in Buena Park Nursing Center right now. It is spotless. It is very clean, and she is having excellent care. However, I had to change in even a couple of times because she is not getting the stuff needed. The communication between doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and the head people are really poor, because they are supposed to be careful with her, but the pain comes out of hip and nobody even knows it until they take her to a doctor. I did complain, and I said, "That is not acceptable. I mean, you guys didn't even know that was going on?"
