I toured Mountain Meadows. I like the price. The monthly rent is affordable for Social Security recipients. The place is very nice. They have wonderful community facilities. The apartments are quite nice. The living room is small, but the kitchen is nice. And one master bedroom is very nice with a bathroom. They don't provide food though. It's close to the village, so it's within walking distance of restaurants and stores. They have classes at the place. I took quilting there. There's a quilting class in their community center. My only thing is the size of the living room is so small. So the apartments are quite small. They need to have more apartments to serve more people who need them. There's a waiting list usually to get in.

Mountain Meadows is a subsidized senior housing and was a very nice facility. The rooms are very reasonable and about percent less than other rentals here. It is for those with restricted income. They have a reading room and lovely kitchens with dining areas that can be used by residents for parties and things. Each unit is one bedroom and is self-contained. I seriously considered moving there but it meant significant downsizing. The staff seemed very kind and I knew a lot of people who moved there.
