These include one-on-one and group counseling for those dealing with depression, PTSD and bereavement. Easterseals Equipment Loan Closet(877) 255-4568Easterseals is a nonprofit operating statewide that manages a medical equipment loan closet from its Daytona Beach office. The program supports seniors on low incomes who would struggle to pay for durable medical equipment, such as a wheelchair, rollator walker with a seat or a folding walker. Other equipment for use indoors is also available, although subject to donations from benefactors. Loans can be for short and long terms and are free of charge, although the organization asks for a donation to support the program.
