Everything at Primrose Retirement Community of Rogers was amazing. We almost went with that one. Our only reason for not was the price, because it was significantly more than what we're already paying. It was extremely clean. They had a lot of nice amenities. We also got to tour the memory care, and the care was also incredible. It was large, which typically we see just like a hallway for memory care. Everything there was extremely nice. I didn't try their food, but I did get to see it kind of happen. They have what almost looks like a restaurant setup. They get a menu like they would at a restaurant. They try to keep it not so facility like. Everybody was very friendly, very kind, and informational.

We toured Rogers Primrose, and it was nice. It was OK. That was my least favorite, but then again, I was just there for a little bit. They took us on a tour to see the facility, and it was OK. People were living there, so they must have liked it. I did not interact with the residents; I only had someone who took me on the tour. It was clean, although I did not like the color because it was a little dark for me, and the ceilings were low. I was not treated poorly; I just did not like the whole ambience. They gave my mom a present of a water bottle, a mud mask, and hand sanitizer; that was nice. I suggest for them to choose better colors and make it a bit lighter, because the lighting was not very good -- it was dark.
