I've had mom at Ciel for a year now. Mom is 98 and has had a couple of health problems that the nurses took excellent care. Tha facility is always clean. I know this because I visit almost every day. The food service is very good. They offer choices for lunch and dinner weekdays, and you can always order off the menu from a list of a la cart items. Activities are varied and well attended. Most of all, the staff really cares about the residents. I rate them the best in Washington county.

We are moving my mom into Ciel of Fayetteville. They have an actual nursing station. They have doctors who are actually on call for the facility. They have a great staff. The director and the one below her seem great and have been helpful to us. Everything is included in the cost. It's just very homey. It seems like a good place to be. I think the staff are great. They're very caring and concerned, and they've been very sweet to my mom. They want to be sure that they show the residents love and that they're excited for them to be there, so that made me feel good. The executive director has started as a nurse there and she's been there since they started, and she knows what she's doing. I think it helps to have someone like that in that position. They have a salon. They have all kinds of activities for them to do, especially around the holidays, they do a lot of extra stuff. They have a big activities menu.

We toured here for my mom. They were well-informed. They covered all kinds of things and stuff. The food's prepared and it was very well done. It really took care of every aspect of her assisted needs. The portion that is under memory care is a lockdown area, and it's good because she does wander. We found the staff very, very knowledgeable. They seem to be happy to be there and work there. The residents we ran into seemed like they were very comfortable there. It's brand new and still shiny.

It was very nice. The rooms were a good size. They were eating at the time, and dining was more restaurant-style. Everybody was gathered in the room, and they had good conversations. I saw a list of the activities they had and it was full, and they had an activities director. They would take them on outings, they would have groups come in, and they had things every day and weekly. They had things for the men and things for the women. They seemed very involved and they were very engaging with us and with what they had to offer. The rooms looked nice, and they had different layout options. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They wanted to get information about us and what we needed. They were very informative about what they had and gave me information to take with me. We got to ask other staff members questions. They had some common spaces, a library, a place where they could go and watch movies, and a hair salon.

It is a new, clean, and nice facility. It was by far the nicest facility we've visited. It's brand-new, big and modern, it's a beautiful place. They were very friendly, the staff and everybody that we met was excellent. We haven't eaten there, but we reviewed the menus and stuff, and they looked excellent.

My grandmother is moving here. Everyone at the facility has been really helpful. It's a pretty good facility, and they keep it very clean, and very neat. And when I took a tour, I talked to some of the guests that were staying there and they seemed to enjoy it. It's a fairly new building. They've done some nice landscaping too; it's a pretty place. They have a beauty salon, hot tubs, and other things like that. Every care unit will have access to a lot of that stuff. The staff is pleasant. They seem like they care about the residents and they're very involved.
