I didn't eat at Peachtree Village of Farmington but the dining room was a utility dining room. They could move the chairs and tables out of the way for crafts. The little cottages were the most expensive and they were independent living. You were expected to eat in the dining room. The staff members were knowledgeable. We were kind of taken as a group for orientation and they were good with their answers. They were patient. It just seemed that they wanted to get done with the job of orienting us and that they had other things to do, but they took their time. They explained very well. They answered questions before we asked them. I imagine that from their experience, they said to themselves, "A lot of people ask about that. So let's mention that in the orientation speech." They are a smaller operation. They had a very nice parlor. The rooms were adequate. It was a good campus.

Fulfillment of maintenance requests are delayed. Submitted a request a week ago and the issues have not been addressed. The cost is less than other nearby facilities. However, the neighborhood it’s located in is not as nice as other facilities in the area. Outdoor space is ok but could be improved compared to other facilities in the area.

Peachtree Village of Farmington was very nice, clean, and cozy. There were not as many activities as I would have liked for the seniors. Other than that, the apartments were nice. They had a variety of apartments, and they were doing a remodel. I didn't see anybody doing anything. There was a room and a list of things they did during their weekly activities, like bingo and movies. There was not a lot of interaction. They told me they have groups come in and do things, but they didn't take the groups on outings. If they wanted to go, they took them to Wal-Mart.

We went to Peachtree Village at Farmington. It's the closest to all of us. We absolutely love it, and if we can get mom in there when the time comes, we'll probably look at doing that, because it's within three minutes of our home. The facility is very nice and very clean. When we walked in, it smelled like home because you could smell dinner being cooked. It did not have a medicinal smell, and the people there were nice. The staff is very knowledgeable and exceptionally informational.

Peachtree is a very loving, inviting atmosphere every time I go to visit my grandfather. All the residents there want to talk with you or invite you in on one of their newest games. Last week they played beachball volleyball outside and I haven't seen a group of happier people just enjoying the little things in life. The staff there truly views everyone as family, and the facility very quickly begins to feel like home. I would absolutely recommend Peachtree, and I feel at ease knowing my grandfather is there being cared for better than I could have hoped for.
