Each unit is cable TV ready, and all utilities are included in the monthly maintenance fee. An office manager and maintenance manager are on-site to oversee the daily maintenance and operation of the facility.
The Plaza at Highlands Crossing offers numerous social activities for residents. A social hour every Thursday gives residents a chance to mingle and socialize with neighbors. Pot luck dinners are a regular occurrence, and movie nights and coffee and donut events are planned monthly. The Plaza At Highlands Crossing is a beautiful community. The buildings are nice. There's a variety of different apartments. The only thing is that they don't provide regular meals. I think they have a Sunday meal and that's it. Most of the staff are volunteers that live there, so they're congenial. They have a full kitchen in each apartment. You do most of your own cooking there. They have a library. There are three different wings, so around each wing, there's green space and trees.
