This facility was renamed a couple of years ago and is under new management. The quality of care, food and management has significantly declined. They keep appearances positive in the front lobby and for events, but the residents lack the attention they deserve except when they are in the main living room for activities. The director is more concerned with how things look than making sure the residents are appropriately being cared for and monitored. The facility does do a good job with activities except during Covid.

My experience with this community was wonderful. The lady gave me the tour and explained everything to me. It was a clean, very nice, and safe place without a smell. They served me a food lunch. The staff was very good and gracious.

My girlfriend raved about this memory care community so I visited there, and I saw the difference in the care. I thought it was excellent. Everybody was smiling, and the caregivers were all paying attention to everyone. They were moving around and encouraging the other residents to participate. My girlfriend’s parents’ bedroom is right off of the main room instead of down a long hallway; I thought that was unusual. They just had a bedroom; they didn’t have like a sink or anything. They had the door locked, but I thought it was warmer. There weren’t any grounds. The building is one level, and it’s next door to a learning center for children. It’s not impressive on the exterior. The interior is very, very light, very bright, not depressing-looking. They have entertainment all the time. There was someone playing the piano or entertaining -- that’s what I was invited to -- and every one of the residents was there.
