You should have your advisor do a very very detailed analysis of your finances to accommodate the money needed to live at TM Prescott and you must factor in a 10% annual increase from TM and most importantly an inflation factor of at least 15% on all other costs in general spending. Beautiful memory care facilities that are sorely understaffed and run by incompetents. Salesperson was misleading and knowingly overpromised to get the contract. Be prepared to get half of the services you are paying for, without any proration or reasonable correction to billing. Put your loved one elsewhere, or you are paying top dollar for services you will not be receiving.

I will be moving into Touchmark at The Ranch. It is a one-bedroom apartment with a good-sized living room, a decent-sized bedroom, a good closet space, and an outdoor terrace. For an extra fee, I was able to rent a storage room down in the basement. They have a built-in health club that you automatically become a member of. So far, having my father in Touchmark at The Ranch is going well. It was a smart move. The staff is above average, they've been in contact a lot and are trying to do their best despite the COVID situation. He has a nice apartment with a nice view. It's a nice room, nice large bathroom and the facilities are very nice. It's a beautiful facility. My dad doesn't love the food. They're not really doing very many activities right now.

We toured Touchmark at The Ranch. It's absolutely beautiful and it's everything anybody could want. But they want a huge down payment, hundreds of thousands of dollars, and that's not acceptable. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a gym, a salon, and a nice swimming pool. The facilities are wonderful. The whole place is just beautiful, and I couldn't find anything to criticize.
