My mom has only been at Grace Hill Ranch ALH a couple of days. The owner, Daniela, has been very supportive. She's available for me to contact when I need her. The caretakers seem already very aware of who my mom is and what her needs are. They make sure that she doesn't stay kind of locked up in her room all day and get her out doing activities, and get her outside so I appreciate that. She's in assisted living. She needs care 24/7, she cannot walk, and she's struggling to feed herself, so she needs consistent care. They stay in contact with me regularly. I know they get home-cooked meals every day and it smells fantastic. I know they're aware of their patient's needs so they kind of adjust what they're serving according to the residents' needs. I haven't gotten to taste anything, but it smells good when I go there. For activities, they try to bring in music and things of that nature but with COVID, I don't know how much is available. I appreciate that the facility has several different sitting areas. They have a beautiful and big outdoor area for the residents to be in. The rooms are very bright, warm, and welcoming. I feel like for what I'm paying, with the 24-hour care, my mom not being able to walk, and the level of assistance that she needs, I think I'm getting a good value.
