Please believe all the bad reviews from this disgusting place...my father was practically held captive at this place. It took us over 6 months to get my father discharged...only a few people speak English there and it is the dirtiest nursing home we have ever been to. On one occasion my father fell off his bed and it took over an hour for someone to realize it. If you love your loved one DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS NURSING HOME...it is a BAD place!!!!

My father came here a few months ago. This place was EXTREMELY dirty. My father was always filthy. The nurses had no idea what they were doing. My father's health was improving in the hospital but as soon as he came here he went downhill. He was sent back to the hospital because of complications and the hospital informed me that his feeding tube had been out for days. No one at this place knew about it. They were esentially starving him to death. This place needs to be closed down.

This place is irresponsible. any needs i had, i had the nurse had to leave a note for the dr 1st. it would take hrs to days to get a response. the feeling of the staff, nurses, drs, social worker, is really sad, they did not care about the patients personally. they were just there to do their jobs and get a paycheck. i would never recommend this place to anyone.

I loved my stay there. They cared for me like I was one of the family. I had problems with my medication making my stomach upset, but they had a menu I could order from any time, like room service.

Capri at the Pointe Rehab is one of the best facilities I have been to. Do not believe some of the reviews. The staff is more than adequate and knowledgable. The facility is updated. The food is better than the restaurant. I would recommend them to anyone that may need their services.
