It's a huge home. It's beautiful, and it's huge. They have 10 residents. They have a few big private rooms, a few smaller private rooms, and a few semi-private rooms. All the rooms are sunny and airy. They've been in business for 15 years. They have two assistants during the days, two during the afternoons, and one during the nights, and the manager is always on call. They do have a house doctor and a hospice nurse, plus a podiatrist and a regular visiting nurse that come in. They have home cooking and they work off of six different menus that they rotate. The food seems good. They have fresh vegetables and fruit. The residents definitely have plenty of food. They also get snacks between meals. They have theme parties every month and birthday parties. They have barbecues. Their grounds are really well kept up. They have a lawn with trees and shrubs. They have really reasonable rates too. The large private rooms are $3500 a month, and that's pretty competitive. The smaller private rooms are $3400 a month. They do the laundry at the facility and have lab techs come in. They have a hairdressing chair there, and a hairdresser who comes in once or twice a week. Pretty much everyone comes in to the residents so the residents don't have to go out anywhere. It's really a nice, clean, beautiful place. The staff seems to be really good with the residents. The owner has been there for 15 years, and a lot of the staff members have been there for that long. They really encourage the families to come to the barbecues and the parties. I was impressed with it. It's always full, and getting someone in there can be hard, because once the residents move in, they tend not to want to leave.
