I broke several ribs from an awful fall and needed extra care. The rooms were absolutely a place made for healing. Private room with a big window, just what I needed! The bed, due to my injury, was too hard and I slept in the recliner most of my stay. The staff, for the most part, were so attentive and caring. I had a few very unpleasant experiences with some staff but the Administration was open to hearing my thoughts and needs. Thank you, Wyatt. The Therapy was top-tier! They got me moving when I did not want to! Thank God! That helped my healing process tremendously. The food was good, but I was given food at times that was against my diet. Please be cautious of this. But I do highly recommend this facility for being an outstanding place to heal!

It is not a 5 star facility by far! I went to visit my husband and was told I could not leave someone had to stay with him. There was NO safety devices on the bed because that is restricting. NO ice packs had to bring from home. I know there is a water shortage here because we had to ask for water and linens. My husband did not have his bed linens changed in over a week. We stayed in the room and would wear a mask and in one week we got covid. The staff had covid and other patients did also. Workers could return to work in 5 days but we had to remain isolated for 10 days. After the 10 day isolation period I make arrangements for my husband to leave. He quit eating and drinking and would have died there. They gave him a water pill at 9:00PM and we was up every hour going to the bathroom while we had covid. We was there for 20 days and I slept on a recliner and took care of my husband! After we returned home I had to take my husband to ER because he was completely exhausted and so strength. I finally talked to the Administrator and told him what was going on and he said he was sorry but the damage was already done. I would never recommend this facility.

Excellent, professionally run facility. Lovely, large rooms. Caring, compassionate staff. The food was excellent and well prepared. Excellent Rehab staff. It was like staying at a 5-star hotel!

Our mother was cared for several times here after a hospital stay. Best care with doctors & nurses who really care about the person. Rooms are like your personal living room at your own home. Large walk in showers. And meds are given on time. Food is great.

Do not judge a book by its cover. Looks great but skeleton crew. Zero knowledge treating diabetes. No knowledge of diabetic diet.

AHC of Glendale is a great rehab facility. Beautifully decorated, pleasant employees, great food and excellent therapy. My mother stayed there for a month and really enjoyed it. Your room comes with a thermostat for you to control the temperature, bathroom and television.

The rooms were like a four star hotel, always clean. The staff was as good as you treated them very very helpful. The nurses were just as good. The dining room was a place were you could mingle with people that was also had the same problems as you or worse. Met a lot of good people there. There was many activities to attend depending on what you enjoyed, they had a Easter Egg during my visit that was just unbelievable. This was my second visit there would the third if I have to pick again. Sara, Sandra, Vera, an to many other to mention, you don't get any better care, Thank You for all you done for me. Love You Guys

My dad stayed at Advanced Health Care of Scottsdale for three weeks. It was very good and very clean. The people were very friendly, and the food was excellent. There weren't really activities because they were there for physical therapy. They had a small library, everybody had a flat screen TV in their room, and very nice furniture.

The facilities look nice, but in the end what matters is the service they provide your family member. The team here is not attentive and the nurse is not responsive to my mom's needs. You hope they will treat your family member as if they were their own. They do not. Find a better place for your loved on.

This is the worst place ever the cna's nurses are incompetent not a single employee knew what they were doing one female patien was laying on the floor from falling out of bed. Inhelped her up and pulled the call light 30 minutes later one of the aids came. To top ot of they gave thenwrong medication to my mother for a week and a half. I do not recommend this facility for anyone.

My husband has been a guest/patient here for the past month. We have been treated with respect, kindness, and compassion. My husband is a very proud man, at every turn in his rehabilitation he was treated with dignity. Highly recommend this rehab. Food is really good, rooms are tastefully decorated housekeeping does a great job as in no funny odors. Humor is good for healing and there is a lot of healing everyday. They even have a massage therapist for the spouses....can it get any better?

My father was in this facility for 20 days. He/we found everyone attentive and caring, hard working, responsive, professional. The few other reviews from years ago seem outlandish, based on our experience. My father got out in June of 2015, after a terrible stay in St. Joe's following neck surgery. He/we would recommend this facility without reserve. It feels like a hotel with nurses and doctors, honestly. They treated us like they wanted us to come back. We visited day and night, with small groups, large groups, during meals, before and after PT, and didn't see anything approaching the negative reviews I've read. Highest recommendation.

I was in Advanced Health Care for a month -- it had everything. The furniture was gorgeous; the food was excellent; they have a dessert chef and those desserts were out of this world. The dinners were excellent. That is the only place where the staff is nice on every shift. They have activities every day at 3:00 p.m.

If your loved one needs any therapy while at this facility RUN the other way. The therapists are very negative (especially Sheryl) and clearly have no interest in being kind. She is a bully and the therapy room was depressing. My dad has made very little progress and he feels very depressed. The doc has not called back after leaving five messages. This place is pretty, but do not be fooled. The evening nurses try to make up for the negative aspects. Overall, however, this place is to be avoided.

Just had my mom transported from Advanced Health Care by the Glendale Fire Department to John C. Lincoln emergency room. The décor is beautiful however it did not match the level of service. The admitting folks at the new center had to call our family for clarification of medications as Advanced Health Care's doctor's had three different orders and what medications my mom was or was not receiving and could not be determined (File was a mess). I know there is no perfect place but I did want to share our experience as a family with anyone considering this facility. There is a reason why they only accept Medicare Primary, this place is a money grab. Check your billing to ensure the services they are billing Medicare were actually performed. One of nurses informed us that on Sunday my mother had seen a doctor. My family was at that center almost all day Sunday and never had a doctor come in her room. We asked our mom and she said "no she had not seen a doctor". I called to get a copy of the record to see if a doctor really visited my mom. Forrest Arnett promptly informed me that I would need to contact the group of doctors they contract with for services. If you select this facility I wish you the best and hope you do have the negative experience we did.

The staff here was very kind, compassionate and more than competent. My father was here in hospice until his death and the staff treated him and us very well. I didn't see any of the other residents mistreated either.

My mother spent 1 week here. The Nurses at Advanced Healthcare of Glendale show no compassion. The Admin staff lie. The Physical Therapists there are very good and compasionate however since they only spend about 1 hour a day with the patient I would not recomend anyone have thier loved one placed in this facility. It looks beautiful but it is a fairly new facility and they do not know what they are doing.
