Their moto is: "Where everyone is treated like family" we have not seen this. Do not feel like family. All they are concerned about is how they will be paid. Not helpful people and rude. Do not return phone calls or emails. pick a different place.

The rooms were filthy. The CNA'S never answered the call light for 40 minutes. The nurses don't help. They gave my boyfriend a terrible skin tear. Ot and PT are the worse they don't know what they are doing. Medication was given incorrectly. The Doctor from the facility is not friendly does not care about the residents.Dont send your love one.

Archstone is one of the better rehab communities in the east valley. I've been working with Robert the Case Manager for a few months and he is always pleasant and makes time to touch base with me. Adam their Marketer is a wonderful addition to the team and his heart is in the right place. His main priority is everyone who does a bout there walks away with nothing but the best experience. If you have concerns he has an open door and will make sure your concerns are addressed immediately.

I wish I could give zero stars. Rooms need lots of work. They have a bad scorpion and roach problem. There’s not enough staff on weekends or nights. The nurse in charge was so rude. We tried to discuss our concerns with and acted like she couldn’t be bothered. The blond lady in the tv room told my grandchild she couldn’t play with games. We asked why and she said they’re for residents only. It took so long for my mother to get her food. We didn’t have her stay long. She cried the nurses were rough when giving showers. Many problems here. They need some serious help.

Archstone Care Center was clean, well managed, and well maintained by the staff. It had a dining room and a community area. I didn’t feel like there was a lot of one-on-one personal care. I felt like they were there doing their jobs without any personalized effort.

The facility is nice, seems clean, and fine, but I’m a little concerned because it’s taking so long for my mother to get discharged from Archstone Care Center. The staff is pretty good but the food is sort of mediocre. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

My mom is now at Archstone Care Center. My experience with them is pretty good, but not as great as with the other facility. The director has been the most helpful to me just getting back to me about updates on my mom. Some of the nurses have been a little kind of rude at times. Their rooms are small. They share a room. There's nothing great about their rooms. What they could improve on though is the friendliness of the nurses.

My husband was in Long Term Care in Archstone with Alzheimer's. They did excellent care with him. He had been in other care facilities and not received good care in several of them. The care in one facility almost killed him. Archstone was very kind and helpful and everyone was great to him. He care was excellent.

My mother has been a resident of Archstone Care Center for the past three years. We've had our ups and downs with the system. Ultimately, she remains a resident due to the facility's convenient location to family. My mother enjoys the care, accomadations, and activities provided. There remains to be a consistency within programs offered and often times she begs for a break from the routine. At times the facility has not meet my standards in terms of cleanliness. As a care provider, myself, I hold facilities to a higher standard than norm but, nevertheless, Archstone doesn't statisfy all regulations.
